I’m in love with the service I got from sales department my sales person Angela sam was very easy going. She was understanding and she took her time to listen to all my problems with my old car to get me in my sales person Angela sam was very easy going. While my car mechanic was installing a trailer hitch a few weeks later, he noticed some frame and rear bumper support damage. At the time of purchase, the CARFAX that was provided to Bernardi and me had stated that there was a previous “minor” rear-end accident; however, there was no visible damage until the car was put on the lift and mufflers lowered. I took the car back to Bernardi, and Service Tech Rob confirmed the damage, and sent me videos of what his inspection found. The repairs were then made by Bernardi, at no expense to me! They even arranged substitute transportation. Throughout the whole process, Bernardi employees were friendly and reassuring. Special recognition goes to Ron Grinberg in Sales, Andy and Josue in Finance, and Albin, Rob, and Mike in Service for your professionalism and customer care. More

I scheduled a service appointment and was very pleased by the level of service provided. I own a 2012 Honda Fit, which has been a continued pleasure to own and maintain. At no point has anything major failed on the car to the point where it had to be in the shop for more than a few hours. I credit this to the workmanship of Honda, and the effort of Bernardi Honda of Natick to keep the car in good running order. I wanted to buy a new Honda CRV 2023, Scott Wells store Manager said he will accept my 2015 Civic and pay for the rest of my previous loan as the deal. The day I went to do the paper work, Scott was not th Manager said he will accept my 2015 Civic and pay for the rest of my previous loan as the deal. The day I went to do the paper work, Scott was not there and another Store Manager said the deal was not legit since the beginning and will not honor what the Scott said in first place. My frustration goes with the miss communication as I asked Scott multiple times about the deal and he confirmed. When I was doing the Math for the finance, I figured out they were lying. All the numbers didn't match and the Second Manager (Sinan Salie) was acting like he was doing a favor to me for the sale. I had to waste 4/5 hours. Worse attitude I ever seen. They say whatever to make you sign off the deal. I hope they refund the money I gave as the deposit. More
I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience I've had at Bernardi! Had to do a rush search for a car last month, and had decided that a 2023 CR-V was the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately, there are very few of them out there these days. After shopping 4 other dealers, I stopped in to Bernardi. I was quickly greeted by Dave Gordenstein. Dave is a smart, friendly, understanding guy, and he was creative enough to show me such a great deal on a 2022 Pilot that I decided to move up and buy it. Dave did the deal, Kamraan Sadiq got the financing done, and I picked up the car a couple of days later. I even had a great experience with their Service Dept a few days later, when I noticed that one of the front speakers wasn't putting out proper sound. Kudos to Wilson Cruz for getting me in to diagnose it, order the part, and get it installed all within a few days. The atmosphere is friendly (Dave and Victor Medina make you feel like an old friend), they're all very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car! More
