Bernardi Honda didn’t know I had extended Warrenty and when I mention it, was still charged $100 as deductible but was never given a $ amount other than what it would cost for diagnostics as manufacturers when I mention it, was still charged $100 as deductible but was never given a $ amount other than what it would cost for diagnostics as manufacturers Warrenty had expired. Sliding passenger door is still malfunctioning. First part was replaced second day as a part had to be ordered, 1st one didn’t solve it and now waiting for 2nd part ordered on day two, latch, but no ETA was given. Also had to call to check status the second day twice, was expecting a call on where things stand by noon but nothing. Beyond oil changes, I’m unsure Bernardi is the right dealership for any other service. More
Asked if Bernardi wanted to purchase my CRV that was brought in for recall repair, Rysn said he would check with salesm I asked again when I was told it was ready. When I came to pick it up, car had not gone to sales dept to see if Bernardi was interested. I was asked if I wanted to walk over to sales then - while my ride there was waiting and it was rush hour. No thanks,Car Max made me a nice offer so they got the CRV. Not good customer service, Bernardi. More
The service department staff are very nice people. However, the work done on my car was not good. I expect to pay a lot higher at Honda which I accept and they helped me when I was desperate. The problem is I had to bring the car back in and have it looked at by an independent mechanic before the work was corrected. I don't believe that the full point inspection was done because my car still doesn't run the same. There was no car loaner offered and I done' see any benefit to return here. I would NOT recommend work be done at Honda. More
A new battery was installed. However, the installer did not attach the harness and the battery was just sitting, loose on the battery tray. Then made a 2nd, same day trip back to Bernardi for the battery to be properly & fully installed. Wilson Cruz apologized but the need for the 2nd trip was very disappointing. More
I have not managed to get my car serviced. I tried after my initial visit but no one told me I needed to leave it all day. I was promised it would be done by 12:30 the second time so was there I tried after my initial visit but no one told me I needed to leave it all day. I then rescheduled and called the night before and the told me I could not have it by 4:30. I would have to wait till five I need to reschedule again. To me 8-4:30 is all day. More
