My sales person was Janet. I went to Bernardi looking for a used car. I drive a 1999 Honda Civic. Janet showed me a used 2006 honda accord. I liked the used car and Janet showed me a new accord. 2008 accords a used car. I drive a 1999 Honda Civic. Janet showed me a used 2006 honda accord. I liked the used car and Janet showed me a new accord. 2008 accords are nice. Janet went and talked with her boss I ended up getting a new car for a few more dollars a month. Maybe I could have gotten a better price who knows. I have had service done before at Bernardi and this is why I went back to them. The dealership is close to where I work. I live closer to another honda place but I read the postings of the other dealer and went to bernardi honda. The only bad thing I can say about Bernardi is finding a place to park. More
Andrew was wonderful in helping me find my part and making sure it was the correct part. He was gracious with his time and his manners were impeccable. I will use Benardi any time I have Honda need. making sure it was the correct part. He was gracious with his time and his manners were impeccable. I will use Benardi any time I have Honda need. No pressure sales. I mentioned to the sales person, we were still comparing Honda Odyssey vs Chrysler Van vs Toyota Sienna and would make a decision may 2 weeks out. Did research on pricing, returned and were still comparing Honda Odyssey vs Chrysler Van vs Toyota Sienna and would make a decision may 2 weeks out. Did research on pricing, returned and spoke the same salesperson with my best offer(compared info from other dealer and website ahead of the visit). The deal was done in 30 minutes, excellent after sales support. More
We bought a new Honda Accord from Bernardi Honda after going to two other dealers. The other dealers did not care about anything but selling us a car. Bernardi Honda answered all our questions and did not going to two other dealers. The other dealers did not care about anything but selling us a car. Bernardi Honda answered all our questions and did not pressure us. I don't understand why cars dealers do this. Bernardi Honda treats you great. All I can add is I'm glad we went there. I wish they sold Fords because I need to replace my pickup truck soon. More
I talked first, after an online inquiry, with Charlie Sectish and he was wonderful, answering my questions, and even referring me to this site to check the dealership out!! Right then, I was impressed b Sectish and he was wonderful, answering my questions, and even referring me to this site to check the dealership out!! Right then, I was impressed by that (as well as his no pressure attitude). When I went to the dealership, Sal Favuzza was brought in as the salesman and again, I knew I was with someone who was not the stereotypical "car salesman" - I'm allergic to those people!! Finally, to close the remarkable deal that Charlie and Sal put together for me, Shannon Smith was brought on board as an "awesome" guy - and he is. Those three are terrific and really know their stuff. I consider myself very lucky to have worked with them. At least one of the other sales guys is the stereotype and, had he been the salesman I began with, I probably would have walked out. More
My wife and I shopped a few Honda dealers. We were treated the best at Bernardi Honda. No pressure. Tim and Seth were great. Our salesman Mike Perry was very helpful. The other dealers we went to only treated the best at Bernardi Honda. No pressure. Tim and Seth were great. Our salesman Mike Perry was very helpful. The other dealers we went to only wanted to Sell us a car. Bernardi was more interested in helping us. We could have save another $75.00 at one dealer but Bernardi Honda was worth the extra $$$. Excellent dealership, great customer service, best purchasing experience! They met the price point that I sought. I had very unique requests, which required the dealership to locate the only vehicle l purchasing experience! They met the price point that I sought. I had very unique requests, which required the dealership to locate the only vehicle left in New England. They were methodical about going through the paperwork, and demonstrating all the features available in the car once it was received. Highly recommend this dealership to potential customers. More
The service rep is the worst person to work with, talking to him is like you committed a crime to get your car serviced there. He is very rude and has no sense of what customer service means. The work done to him is like you committed a crime to get your car serviced there. He is very rude and has no sense of what customer service means. The work done by workshop people is good but the service rep is so pathetic that would not like to take your car to their service station again. You may email me for exact details, I will be happy to provide those. Also if anyone from Bernardi Honda i reading this due to your service guy you have lost mine and my friends business forever. Despite the fact that I already bought two cars from them since 2000, they tried to rip me off big time in 2006. The finance office tried to pad the price by over $1800 by seriously overcharging the sales t since 2000, they tried to rip me off big time in 2006. The finance office tried to pad the price by over $1800 by seriously overcharging the sales tax and adding a huge "document fee" after I thought I had an ok deal. I will never, ever go there again! Shopping at Bernardi Honda proves the ages-old adage that it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. While my salesperson, Charles Sectish, was pleasant and generally helpful, Bernardi's finance departm it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. While my salesperson, Charles Sectish, was pleasant and generally helpful, Bernardi's finance department was anything but, thanks, in large part to fact that I chose not to finance through them. Coarse, difficult to deal with and not particularly helpful at a job that at that point -- let's face it -- was largely ministerial, Bernardi's financing actually ruined an otherwise okay experience. Instead of solving simple administrative problems such as how to get the money from my bank to the dealership, George insisted that I resolve on the problem. Apparently, the hassle of a two-minute phone call was too much. All in all, the sales experience at Bernardi was fairly typical of the modern-American dealership: generally slimy with a haunting sense that no matter what you paid, you've paid too much. Unfortunately, I will not shop at Bernardi again. More
