After getting the run around at Herb Chambers Honda and Honda Village we went to Bernardi Honda. Chambers Honda would not sell us the car at the price that they have in the newspaper. Honda Village sales people and sales managers are rude and try to hold out on what your trade is worth. I don’t know how they stay in business. We went to Bernardi Honda and they take the time to explain everything to you. They don’t pressure you. When they looked at my trade they came close to what I got from the Kelly Blue Book website. All we were looking for was to be treated good and not lied too. We hope our review saves at least one person from the PAIN we went through to buy a Honda. Went to Bernardi Honda for service on my Honda CRV. Matt was helpful in recommending what needed to be done. I needed to stay at the dealership and wait while they did repairs. Oil change significantly more expensive than at local places that offer oil changes. Body work is excellent, but also pricey. Friendly service, nice facility. It only needed scheduled factory service, but Bernardi did not attempt to run-up the bill with additional repairs, and the stuck to their initial quote to the penny. I bought my first Honda from Bernardi this past week. Janet was wonderful! She knew how to treat me (never having a Honda before) and took great care in being sure I was happy with the entire purchase. Janet was wonderful! She made me feel at home and bent over backwards to get me the answers I needed to make my decision. Financing was easy with Shannon, he didnt use any car terms I wouldn't understand and explained the great benefit of having an extra warranty after mine runs out, he assures me that the Hondas don't break down alot, but I would have coverage if it does. I heard they have a dinner to meet the other staff in Sept. to introduce me to the service team who will help with my services. I rate Bernardi an A+ for all their help in making my car buying experience excellent! Thanks Janet! More

I live in Boston and could take my Honda to any of several dealerships - but, I think Bernardi goes above all expectations for service. From the time they check your car in for service to the picku several dealerships - but, I think Bernardi goes above all expectations for service. Today we bought a Honda Fit from Jess at Bernardi Honda. At 53 years old I can safely say I have purchased my share of cars over those years, and I can also say that this experience was the BEST one I have At 53 years old I can safely say I have purchased my share of cars over those years, and I can also say that this experience was the BEST one I have ever had compared to any of the other dealerships I patronized in the past. Jess was wonderful, great personality, knowledgable and very helpful. No pressure from these folks. They all make you feel at home, like family. The finance manager Shannon was also very helpful and friendly and knowledgable. We met Jess's manager Dave, and the dealership liason and they were equally friendly. We drove out an hour later with out new Fit, and we love it, but more importantly we have found a dealership that is TOP NOTCH. I would highly recommend Bernardi Honda to anybody looking for a new Honda in the Natick, MA area. You won't be disappointed!!! More
