I live in Boston and could take my Honda to any of several dealerships - but, I think Bernardi goes above all expectations for service. From the time they check your car in for service to the picku several dealerships - but, I think Bernardi goes above all expectations for service. From the time they check your car in for service to the pickup, everyone is professional and friendly. The work is always to done correctly - and, they inform me promptly if there are any additional items that service notices. More
Was having a problem with my Honda. My family was driving to cape for a week's vacation. I went to Bernardi Honda today on a Saturday without an appointment. Today we bought a Honda Fit from Jess at Bernardi Honda. At 53 years old I can safely say I have purchased my share of cars over those years, and I can also say that this experience was the BEST one I have At 53 years old I can safely say I have purchased my share of cars over those years, and I can also say that this experience was the BEST one I have ever had compared to any of the other dealerships I patronized in the past. Jess was wonderful, great personality, knowledgable and very helpful. No pressure from these folks. They all make you feel at home, like family. The finance manager Shannon was also very helpful and friendly and knowledgable. We met Jess's manager Dave, and the dealership liason and they were equally friendly. We drove out an hour later with out new Fit, and we love it, but more importantly we have found a dealership that is TOP NOTCH. I would highly recommend Bernardi Honda to anybody looking for a new Honda in the Natick, MA area. You won't be disappointed!!! More
I must admit that I did not think too highly of Auto salesmen but my experience with Seth Marshall and Arnie Eisenman of Bernardi Honda made me make a 180 degree turn in my opinion. We purchased a 200 salesmen but my experience with Seth Marshall and Arnie Eisenman of Bernardi Honda made me make a 180 degree turn in my opinion. We purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot at the end of the model year sight unseen from our home in Austin, Texas. I was rather surprised by the positive and friendly attitude of Seth Marshall when he, without a moments hesitation, quoted me the exact price that I had considered. My dealings with Seth were of the highest caliber with his knowledge of how I should go about taking delivery of the car when we got to Massachusetts. Every thing was taken care of from the color of the vehicle to how to go about registering the car in Texas. He even offered to pick us up at the airport. This is outstanding consideration for the customer. He then said that he would pick me up the next morning at the home of a relative who lived in Chestnut Hill. I only had to call him and, sure enough, a van pulled up to the house and off we went to Bernardi where I picked up the Pilot. Am I happy?? You bet you life I am . I knew I wanted an 08 Accord, and thought I knew I wanted the EX-L 4 cylinder. I even went so far as to get quotes from a bunch of dealers before visiting the lot, and Bernardi had happily worked with me to the EX-L 4 cylinder. I even went so far as to get quotes from a bunch of dealers before visiting the lot, and Bernardi had happily worked with me to match the lowest price I got, provided they had the car on the lot that day. Upon getting there, and actually test-driving the car, I realized I might want more power. I proceeded to test drive nearly 4 other models, all of which the dealer was more than happy to provide without a single note of pressure or complaint. After getting finally getting into the dealership I then proceeded to probably be one of the biggest pains imaginable, requesting multiple quotes on a couple of different trim levels and engine configurations. After all this, I finally settled on the EX V6. After all that I was still able to get a great deal, exactly in-line with my internet quotes. Everyone was as helpful and about as low pressure as buying a car can be. I would highly recommend Bernardi. More
I was driving to South Carolina in my 2000 Honda CR-V when my check engine light came on. I took it to the local Honda Dealer. They were very helpful and took me right in for repairs. The problem was that that part I needed was not available anywhere. I called Bernardi Honda (I bought the car there) to tell them about the problem. Bernardi Honda had the part I needed and told me about their internet parts division.BernardiParts.com. I went online and ordered the part and had it shipped to the other Honda place the very next day. The part was also $62 dollars less and I didn’t have to wait. I am back driving my great Honda CR-V. Last night I went to a seminar at Bernardi for women who want to buy a car but dont know how. A guy told me to drive inside and took my car and parked it for me! They had food and the information was all about what to know BEFORE you buy a car. They had a women from the better bus.bureau who talked of the lemon law and what to look for in a good car dealer. One woman talked about how easy it is to get your credit score free and what it mean. Everyone was so friendly! A couple of people won $50 gas cards! The food was good too. I am definitely going to consider Bernardi my first stop for a car very soon! More
We bought from these guys - all in all, A pretty good experience. Found the car on the Internet and thought it was a great deal. Drove and bought it that day. Still had to go through the business office and fight off the loans option (we paid cash) and the added warranties (not a good deal IMHO). Head salesman was a wee bit aggressive but was ok. Got a great deal with little BS. More
