My experience with Bernardi Honda over the last few weeks was amazing. Truly. It was the first time I bought a car via the internet. I was please with every step along the way including price negotiation of my 2008 Honda CRV-EXL. In particular the salesman I was assigned was the best I've ever had. His name is Tcheilly Nunes and I would suggest him to anyone who wanted to be treated with the upmost respect, courtesy and best customer service. He is amazing and the main reason I'll return to Bernardi when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. More
After getting the run around at Herb Chambers Honda and Honda Village we went to Bernardi Honda. Chambers Honda would not sell us the car at the price that they have in the newspaper. Honda Village sales people and sales managers are rude and try to hold out on what your trade is worth. I don’t know how they stay in business. We went to Bernardi Honda and they take the time to explain everything to you. They don’t pressure you. When they looked at my trade they came close to what I got from the Kelly Blue Book website. All we were looking for was to be treated good and not lied too. We hope our review saves at least one person from the PAIN we went through to buy a Honda. Went to Bernardi Honda for service on my Honda CRV. Matt was helpful in recommending what needed to be done. I needed to stay at the dealership and wait while they did repairs. Oil change significantly more expensive than at local places that offer oil changes. Body work is excellent, but also pricey. Friendly service, nice facility. It only needed scheduled factory service, but Bernardi did not attempt to run-up the bill with additional repairs, and the stuck to their initial quote to the penny. She knew how to treat me (never having a Honda before) and took great care in being sure I was happy with the entire purchase. Janet was wonderful! She made me feel at home and bent over backwards to get me the answers I needed to make my decision. Financing was easy with Shannon, he didnt use any car terms I wouldn't understand and explained the great benefit of having an extra warranty after mine runs out, he assures me that the Hondas don't break down alot, but I would have coverage if it does. I heard they have a dinner to meet the other staff in Sept. to introduce me to the service team who will help with my services. I rate Bernardi an A+ for all their help in making my car buying experience excellent! Thanks Janet! More

Every time I have dealt with the Service department, my experience has always been positive. They are friendly, explain what they are doing in detail and follow up quickly. Thank you.
