I was very impressed by my experience with Bernardi Honda. I went in there to lease a new vehicle (2009 Honda Accord). Instead, they took care of me and helped me find something that I could afford and that worked for my budget. I went in ready to fight and left feeling great about the experience. I'd recommend anyone to give Bernardi Honda a shot. I can't speak for all of their sales people, but I know that Mark Singh was great to work with. More

I had a speedy, informative oil change and inspection sticker services performed. I was treated extremely well. The dealership always informs me of the next services needed to be done. After going to another dealership the day prior, I was frustrated with the process and was content in keeping my car due to poor customer service there. After speaking to Bruce Gibson and being honest and frustrated with the process and was content in keeping my car due to poor customer service there. After speaking to Bruce Gibson and being honest and upfront he truly wanted my business and made an appointment the next day. He set me up with Jeff Pappas who made the whole experience more worthwhile, they were fair and honest. I got the price as requested and gave me good value for my trade. For customer service I rate them top notch, all employees are friendly, even if they are not dealing with you. I highly recommend especially if you want to be treated fair and well. We attended the Bernardi Honda workshop. We were hesitant about going because we thought it was going to be a sales pitch. It turned out to be a very educational get together. This was very well done and we did find out a few things about our Ridgeline that we didn’t know. My family has bought 3 cars from Bernardi over the years and we are big Bernardi fans. I bought my car from Mike Perry and Bernardi Honda because they are low pressure and I got to buy what I wanted. No useless accessories that I didn't want. Recently, I had an unpleasant experience at Bernardi Honda that was resolved to my satisfaction. I was told that I needed a huge amount of work done on my aging car. The service rep did not push me to do more work then was affordable and took the time to prioritize the work so I knew what really should be done first. He even suggested some more affordable alternatives. The problem was when I wandered over to the sales side to browse the used cars. I felt as if I was treated disrespectfully by an individual sales person. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable about the whole place. Since this incident I spoke to Mark Saraceno, the service manager, about my negative experience with the sales department and some concerns I had with the service side. He seemed genuinely concerned that I would be unhappy with my experience at Bernardi and vowed to take action to make sure that future interactions with this dealership were more pleasant. I do believe that the service department at Bernardi is run with integrity. Additionally, after talking to Mark twice and hearing how he handled my concerns, I suspect that the incident on the sales side of Bernardi was not the norm. I really appreciate that my complaints were not brushed off and that the folks at Bernardi really wanted to use my experience as an opportunity to improve their customers' experience. More
