Going into this I was a little weary about car dealerships and the whole car buying experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service here at Bernardi. Jonathan McGilvray was extremely dealerships and the whole car buying experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service here at Bernardi. Jonathan McGilvray was extremely courteous and helpful. He answered every question I had and provided me with a lot of important information to make a sound decision on a new vehicle. There was zero pressure and a feeling that Jonathan really cared that I got what I wanted. I highly recommend Bernardi and Jonathan to anyone who wants a great experience and a great car. More
My wife was involved in a minor accident with her 2007 CRV. The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles on it, and we still consider it a new vehicle. The vehicle was purchased at Bernardi Honda. I wanted everything to be perfect so I called Kristin in Bernard’s Customer Relations department to find out what Bernardi Honda would recommend. Kristin recommended the Boston Body Shop in Brighton, MA. She explained that Boston Body Shop does all of Bernardi’s Auto Group work. Their service representative Kim was extremely helpful in arranging the repair, and called us every few days with an update. He took the time to explain everything. He is a professional who knows the business and was always a step ahead with the details. We picked up the car today. The paint matches and it looks perfect; and they used all OEM parts because of the vehicle’s low mileage. The personnel were polite, professional, and basically took control of the process, and handled everything for us. If I ever need auto-body repair work in the future, I would bring it to Boston Body Shop without a second thought. My sincere thanks to Kristin at Bernardi Honda, and Kim at Boston Body Shop. CC More
I have had great service at Bernardi Honda in Natick. I purchased an off lease vehicle at this dealership for the great price. I dealt with Mike Hagopian in Service with a minor problem I had with the car. He was more than willing to take care of the problem. He was courteous and thorough. He made my experience with this dealership wonderful. He embodies the Bernardi catch phrase of "Bernardi for now, Bernardi for life". I still bring my vehicle to this dealership strictly for the customer service that Michael Hagopian delivers. There is a Honda dealership 3 miles from my home and I pass another on the way to Bernardi, which is 27 miles from my house. I know that issues with my car will be resolved the first time and dealt with properly because I deal with Michael Hagopian in the Service Dept. This puts me at ease and ensures me that my family is safe in my vehicle because of the attention to detail that Michael Hagopian provides. Thank you Michael. More

I was disappointed in 2 things upon visiting Bernardi Honda for an oil change. My visit seemed to be taking an awfully long time and I walked up to the garage area and noticed my car was just sitting the Honda for an oil change. Second, I received a note on my sevice page that my air filter was in very bad condition but no one had come out to me to ask if I wanted a new filter installed. I even asked the customer service person 2 or 3 times why I wasn't consulted re: the chance to have Honda install a new one but the customer service person didn't give an answer. I was a little disappointed. Other than that the customer service associates were very friendly. More
My wife and I visited Bernardi looking for a reliable vehicle, not only were our expectations met on the car, but we also had all of our questions and concerns answered by our sales person, Josh McCaskey vehicle, not only were our expectations met on the car, but we also had all of our questions and concerns answered by our sales person, Josh McCaskey. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring and allowed us to shop around without any pressure. I didn't feel like we were being pushed into any sale. I have recommended Josh and Bernardi to a lot of other friends and family members. Buying a car is an expensive purchase in a family’s life, and a well-informed, friendly and easy going sales person makes the purchase and whole experience that much easier. More
Erik Thorsen is a terrific Service Consultant. He is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that my Honda CRV is running right. I have been going to Bernardi Honda for approximately two years. I purchsased a new vehicle and utilize Bernardi for service. For the vehicle I purchased new I encountered an unusual problem. Although it took a few attempts to rectify the problem the service team was committed to fixing the problem. As for general service the team is always friendly and willing to assist with any problems. My experience with Rick and Erik has been very professional and they take great concern that you are a satisfied customer. More
I purchased my first car - a 2006 Civic sedan - from Bernardi Honda in 2006 and have had nothing but wonderful interactions starting with the Sales team and continuing with the Service department. I do not live near Bernardi but the customer service and staff friendliness make the extra drive worth it; I always have my car serviced at Bernardi, despite being only 1 mile from Herb Chambers in Boston. Since my first interaction with Bernardi in 2006, my brother and girlfriend have both bought new cars from Bernardi and also have all their service done there. I returned to Bernardi this October 2008 and had the pleasure of meeting sales consultant Jeffrey Pappas and purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot Touring. I got the best price possible for both the new Pilot and on the trade in of my Civic - you should go check it out if you want a used Civic in top condition! Both the sales consultant Jeffrey Pappas and his manager were very professional and offereed the highest level of customer service. Bernardi went out of the way to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and delivered the vehicle as promised. Overall, I am extremely happy with Bernardi Honda Sales and Service and look forward to doing business in the future! More
