Michellerenee – Thank you for servicing your Honda vehicle at Bernardi Honda. We appreciate your business. During the time what we check-in a vehicle for servicing the valet puts down floor mats and puts a number tag hanger on the rear view mirror. When the customer comes to pick up their vehicle the cashier radios the valet to get the vehicle and return it to the Service Drive-thru. This way the customer does not have to go outside to try to find their Honda. After the valet pulls the vehicle into the Service Drive-thru they remove the floor mats and mirror tag. Unfortunately, due to lot and building space we are unable to wash and vacuum vehicles. However we do pass out vouchers to our customers for Scrub-A-Dub carwash. Scrub-A-Dub has twelve locations in eastern Massachusetts for you to use the voucher on your Honda or any other vehicle at your convenience. The voucher is good for 60 days. You should have received a “Blue Card” voucher for your use at Scrub-A-Dub. If the cashier or Service Advisor did not give you a Scrub-A-Dub voucher, please feel free to contact me directly and I will send you one.
