The Bernardi Service department is great. They are honest and I feel comfortable going there. Everyone is nice, from the service person, Brian, who looked at my car to the shuttle driver who took me honest and I feel comfortable going there. I love Bernardi Honda. I always get great service and they have a pleasant staff. The shuttle service is very flexible and I appreciate that. I live close by so that is a plus, too. WORST CAR DEALER EVER!! Bunch of Liars!!! They will tell you anything to get you in the doors. Once you are there, things change completely. I made a deal over the phone, agreed to a price, made them aware you anything to get you in the doors. Once you are there, things change completely. I made a deal over the phone, agreed to a price, made them aware that I have my own financing and I would need the puchase&sales contract and RMV1 form in order to get my check from the credit union, I made sure that everything is crystal clear before I drive there. NO PROBLEM!! The internet guy Charles promissed me I am going to have THE BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. Went to the dealership, test drove the car that I was going to buy and decided to go ahead with the paperwork. All of a sudden, a manager shows up (Jeff) and tells me bluntly that I have to finance through them and thats the deal. I could not beleive my ears. I thought that may be only this guy is rude untill I went to their main desk. The two managers sitting behind the desk Scott and George were even worse. This was THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE in my entire life. When you are spending that much money at a store and the staff is treating you like that. I have been to many dealerships in my life. These guys are the worst and unprofessional. I came home and wrote an email to the owner. No Response. I even called and made sure that they got my email. Seems like that they just dont care about their customers. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY WHEN THERE ARE TEN OTHER HONDA STORES IN A 5 MILE RADIUS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT TRUST THESE GUYS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

Bernardi Honda is the best Honda dealer ever. I've purchased three Honda from Bernardi. Two Accords and my current CRV. Denis Swift is excellent. Erik was very helpful in setting up my service. I brought my vehicle for after-hours service (where they offer 10% off). Unlike the morning dropoffs, there is no courtesy service to take me home o brought my vehicle for after-hours service (where they offer 10% off). When Erik found out I had no way of getting home if I were to drop off my car, he arranged for a loaner car. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I feel like I got Mercedes level service at my Honda dealership. More
1/31/2009 I was interested in seeing whether it would make sense for me to end my lease early to get into a new car given the current aggressive pricing. I talked to Charlie on Jan 24th who was very inf make sense for me to end my lease early to get into a new car given the current aggressive pricing. I talked to Charlie on Jan 24th who was very informative over the phone, we discussed my situation and he was going to then discuss it with his sales manager, Mr McGilvery, and get back to me later in the day which was a Saturday. He never called. I assumed it just got busy and I'd be hearing from him the next day. It didn't happen. I called back on Monday, was told Charlie wasn't available, I left two numbers where he could reach me. A week later and he hasn't called. I realize my situation was unusual and it may not have made sense for me to end my lease, but I was OK with that so he had no reason to not call back. These results are certainly different from their normal level of service, but it did happen. update 2/3/2009 I entered the first part of this review after not receiving a return call for a week and got a callback from Charlie within 15 minutes of doing so. He apologized, explaining that a personal situation had taken him out of the office for a few days. We took up where we had left off, reviewing my financing requirements and after running some numbers it did not appear that it made sense for me to get out of my lease early. I was prepared to walk away without any hard feelings. The next day I got a call from Ted McGilvery, Sales Manager, who had just seen my review and asked if we could continue the discussion. We did, and got close enough to my financing requirements that it made sense for me to go to the dealership for further discussions. Since I hadn't actually driven the car I was interested in up to that point, Ted put me in the very capable hands of Denis Swift, a sales and leasing consultant. I can't say enough good things about Denis. Having worked for Bernardi for 19 years, his Honda product knowledge was very extensive. He told me things about the car I had been driving for two years that I wasn't even aware of. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer about the Accord I was considering. If you ever have any questions as to why you should consider a Honda, talk to Denis. Ted and I then continued our negotiations and I'm very pleased to say that he worked very hard to put together a deal and I drove away from the dealership in my new Accord Ex-L. Bernardi has certainly demonstrated to me that they take their customer satisfaction VERY seriously. More
I went to the dinner in Bernardi had in Sept and they gave me a coupon just for being there so I needed my first oil change and set an appt with them. I thought for sure it was a scam, they would find gave me a coupon just for being there so I needed my first oil change and set an appt with them. I thought for sure it was a scam, they would find a way that I couldn’t use it like the other shops I have been to, but I was wrong! It saved me money and they took less time than they said it would! I had to order some parts for my 2007 Honda Accord. I called Bernardi Honda in Natick and spoke with customer service rep. Erik Richards. He was so helpful and very polite.
