I've been going to this dealership for many years. I have purchased two new vehicles there and brought those and other Honda cars to Bernardi for all my service requirements. Background: I needed to buy a car in one day. Spoke to a different dealership who told me that they had the exact car I was looking for. Drove to the 'wrong' dealership and found out that they did not ha a different dealership who told me that they had the exact car I was looking for. Drove to the 'wrong' dealership and found out that they did not have the car. I immediately called Bernadi and was put through to Mike Perry who quickly confirmed that they had the car I was looking for and that he could get me in the car that day. He could hear the cautionary disbelieve in my voice and put me on hold so that he could go and see the car for himself. He came back on line and detailed the process we would follow to get me in the car on the same day. Why were Bernadi so good: I show up and the car is being prepped for delivery. Bernadi beat the price offered by the 'wrong' dealer. Paperwork process was clearly explained and easy. Professional explanation of additional service warranties but no pressure to buy. Service manager spends the time to sit in the car and pair up my blackberry bluetooth phone. This is the first time that I have written a review on any organizations customer service. To be honest I don't have the time. Bernadi was worth the time! More
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I went into to buy a Civic Manual not having driven a Manual on the road. But Eddie still let me test drive a Manual in an empty parking lot :-). He was patient and did not laugh at my craziness and how I was kinda freaking out :-). I had second thoughts about if I should buy a manual so I ended up leaving without buying, but will definitely go back and recommend them. Eddie was one the most friendliest sales person that I have met and he did not put any pressure to buy the car, even after I had spent atleast a couple of hours at the dealership. More
As usual, the trip to Bernardi Honda's service dept was handled with the utmost professionalism. Brian was very helpful. My Odyssey was serviced (routine oil change) in a reasonable amount of time, eno handled with the utmost professionalism. Brian was very helpful. My Odyssey was serviced (routine oil change) in a reasonable amount of time, enough time for me to check out the new Insight and Fit. I have owned a Mercerdes and a Range Rover and I have to say, the services I have gotten at Bernardi Honda is on par, if not slightly better than Mercedes and Range Rover dealerships. I have referred a couple of friends to buy their new vehicles at Bernardi already. Will buy my next car here. More
Great service as always! Recommendation: Have the rental car pre-setup for customers. For as much time as they took getting me a rental car, they could have given me a ride to where I needed to go. Helen and Peter were excellent. Peter was the sales person. He never got frustrated no matter how many cars I test drove. He was a gentleman throughout the entire buying process. The next day Helen called and informed me that the car had a timing chain not a belt which means I do not have change the part at a later date which would be a costly maintenance. More

Everyone there seemed to truely enjot their jobs and that definately trickled out to the sales floor. I was in the market for a NEW 2009 Honda Fit base car with a few add ons (keyless entry, remote start and armrest). I live 10 minutes from both Prime Honda (rt 1, West Roxbury) and Boch Honda (rt 1, on the automile, Norwood). I had gone into both dealerships numerous times to try and work out the pricing and get information and both Sales Managers seemed miserable and were abrasive to say the least. After exhausting seemingly unwilling sales staff at both Prime Honda and Boch Honda, I drove into Bernardi Honda one day after work and it was a sales force made in Heaven. No pressure, or high stress tactics, no BS. Everyone knew what they were talking about, no guessing, no extra $ at the end. Everything was silky smooth! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bernardi Honda in Natick, MA. They are truely the best car dealership! More
First off, I have hated the thought of having to buy a car- period! So we were in a position of finding a new (well new to us) vehicle. We were in Natick, attending one of our religious assemblys when we went by Bernardi's Honda Dealership and decided while we were in this neck of the woods to check it out. Like I said I HATED even the thought of playing the battle of negotiation! but then, I had never dealt with a man like Joshua during the emotional pressure of buying a car; he made us feel like family, even when my attitude was apprehensive at first. Not only was he friendly but also went out of his way to be acoomodating to us . He met all of requests and our needs. Would I travel 31/2 hours to purchase another vehicle from Joshua at Bernardi's- you bet I would. Would I recommend others to go there - yes I would. The whole expierence told me that Bernardi is a place that understands the feelings of anxiety and puts your needs first. More

I didn't feel like the salesperson had to go to the Wizard to get the "final price"..no back and forth bologna, or it didn't feel that way. Sasha, Accessories lady was so nice I bought an accessory and Janet Whalen was the most non-intimidating sales person I ever worked with..Tim McG..very professional. I was trading in my Pilot I had purchased from Silko and stayed with Bernardi because they were so sincere and nice! Thank you. Helen Marrone More
