We had a problem with noise from the clutch in our 2007 Civic and had previously taken it to another Honda dealer twice without the problem being resolved (some lubrication done, but only worked temporaril Civic and had previously taken it to another Honda dealer twice without the problem being resolved (some lubrication done, but only worked temporarily--a couple of weeks). At first, Bernardi Honda was not able to duplicate the problem, but Brian, the service advisor, persisted with a technician and the service manager and ultimately had to ask us to go to the dealership to take a test ride to attempt to duplicate the problem. He expressed his regret at having to take our time to visit the dealership again for the test ride, but this seemed to be the only option left. During the test drive we were able to immediately point out the issue (which may have been because the car was "cold") and Brian and the technician quickly determined a new hydraulic unit was needed. They ordered the part and promptly fixed the problem. We appreciate the courtesy throughout and the persistence in finding and fixing the problem. More
I was late in having my 90,000 mile check up, so at nearly 100,000 miles I had it. I was told how much it would cost and I did mention that I knew they post coupons on the web site. When I made the appointment, I was told that I could use the $30 coupon for the extensive service. I brought the car in during the evening and I was also given a free loaner car. They called me first thing in the morning and was informed that I needed both front and rear brakes. I said that I would have to discuss it with my husband. Which I did. I did ask if they could do better on the price and was given 10% off on the brake job. However, this entire service and parts cost me $975. A big shock!!! As I like to have Honda parts, I did agree to the service, but that is such a steep price to pay. More

Bernardi honda really showed that they know everything there is to know about Honda cars. They are friendly, welcoming, and they are quick with their paperwork. They also have a great facility that provid there is to know about Honda cars. They are friendly, welcoming, and they are quick with their paperwork. They also have a great facility that provides a lot of utilities to their customers. Their service center is very impressive. Our seller, Raul, even came in on his day off to get us our car before a snow storm. Overall, buying a car from Bernardi Honda was an enjoyable experience. More
Muhammed Ali was very helpul during my car buying process. He stayed late on a Friday night to help me understand the various amenities of the Honda Accord. My husband I visited Bernardi Honda on the 3rd of feb. to buy a used car a 4x4 we got the CRV. When we got to Bernardi's We were greeted by Muhammad Ali. Muhammad was very nice and patient with us, he took time to answer our MANNY MANNY question and made sure we were completely satisfied with his answer before moving on.At the end of the sale he did not just say here is your key's have a nice day, he took the time to go over all of the paper work with us and he even went over the car manual with us too, that was a first for me, I have bought 3 cars in the pass and no one has ever done that before. Muhammad then took time to explain some of the feature of the car and how it worked, I left Barnardi feeling like I just bought a car from my big brother who was looking out for me. Thank you Mr. Ali, I will most certainly buy my next car from Muhammad. More

The used car manager an Asian guy that Mohammad was dealing wi great. Also the guy that prepared the paperwork and the service consultant were great. I spent around $24,000 in a used Acura and he did not appreciated my business. He even did not say congratulation or thank you to me and my wife when we close the deal. But thanks to Mohammad the deal went through. More

From the moment I walked in to shop for a car, the experience was totally positive. I had been to other dealers, and they paled in comparison to Bernardi Honda in Natick. Michael Moushon was the kind of salesperson that people dream of - extremely knowledgeable, not pushy, in sync with the customer's needs. I never once felt pressured to buy. I am used to a salesperson literally ignoring you after the sales purchase. Not at Bernardi Honda. And when I bought my car, Michael again checked to see how I was doing, to assure me that any problems I might have, he and the staff would be there. I have my own rating system: I call it the 4C's C - comptetency (knowledge) C - Courtesy (politeness) C - connection (understanding the customer) C- care (service) In my opinion, Bernardi Honda has an A+ in all these areas. My wife and I walked into Bernardi to look for a new car for her. We had already been to a few dealers but I wanted to see what Bernardi had to offer since I had leased a car from them many years ago. Mik for her. His friendly demeanor and tone made us comfortable right from the start. Our negotiations with him could not have been easier. We could only pay a certain amount per month and he was able to work with us to get to that figure without a hassle. In the midst of negotiating for my wife's car, we got to talking about my own situation. I was in a bad lease that I wanted to try and get out of. Mike and his team made that happen! Four days after picking up my wife's car, I drove out of there with a new car of my own! I highly recommend going to see Mike if you're looking to buy/lease a car at Bernardi! The entire staff I dealt with at Bernardi was a class act. I also dealt with Dave Rosendahl (Business Mgr) who rocked, as well as Scott Wells (Sales Manager). Everyone was incredible knowledgeable in their respective areas and I was made to feel like I was "part of the family." More
