My experience at Bernardi was a positive one. This was my first new car purchase and I felt it went smoothly. We studied information available at truecar.com regarding the vehicle we were interested in before visiting the dealership. This was very helpful to us, not only for our education about the model we studied, but also for eliminating potential uncertainties during negotiations for our new Honda vehicle. I think that the dealership staff also felt comfortable with how we negoitiated. I will return to Bernardi Honda, and seek out Amir for assistance for our second Honda purchase, sometime in the future. More
Having had mostly unpleasant experiences at other metrowest auto dealerships over the past 30 years, I was quite surprised with Bernardi's friendly, knowledgeable and hasslefree sales group. As a res metrowest auto dealerships over the past 30 years, I was quite surprised with Bernardi's friendly, knowledgeable and hasslefree sales group. As a result, I purchased a pre-owned 2007 Accord EX-L. I have to mention that Alex was a superb and trustworthy salesman throughout the whole process. Regarding price, Bernardi and most other Dealers use the inflated Kelly Blue Book values, which are Dealer asking prices, not what the market value is. I negotiated using Edmunds True Market Value (TMV) price range. Amazingly,I was able to settle within $200 of the midrange "outstanding" TMV. Kudos to Alex, Lisa Donovan and Josh on the sales team for instilling confidence in buying a car from this Dealer. The only downside was a lot of time spent waiting to test cars. Use their on-line listings to review car availability with free carfax reports before going onsite. Lisa can inform you if your choice is still available. This is a busy dealership so be patient. A plus is the number and variety of pre-owned cars on the lot. I highly recommend a visit to Bernardi Honda as an alternate to other Dealerships. More
I bought a certified preowned car at Bernadi that I like very much. Unfortunatley there was a leak in the roof that brought a small amount of water into the rear seat. I was not happy about the problem but Bernardi was fantastic about making me whole. The problem was not part of the certification process although it is quite extensive so the cost was on me. They felt it was not right that I should have to pay and got approval from the regional director of Honda to reduce the fee to a nominal amount. Everyone that worked with me has been excellent about this. They really do take care of you like a family here. More

I had a 6:00pm appointment for a simple oil change. I got out of there after 2.5 hours and much attitude from the service representative. I can understand getting behind due to a staff shortage, but ple got out of there after 2.5 hours and much attitude from the service representative. I can understand getting behind due to a staff shortage, but please call your customers and let them know ahead of time that oil changes are running over 2 hours!! Ridiculous! More
