I was given all information I asked for and learned many new things to make my buying experience excellent. I was more than satisfied overall with everyone and my car. As for Meishan, she listened to my needs and found me cars that were exactly what I was looking for. She kept me up to date on all the paperwork. She was polite and experienced. I went to 3 other dealerships that barely even acknowledged me for 30 minutes before leaving. I would recommend Bernardi to anyone looking for a great showroom and professional care. Someone called and scheduled me an appointment and I was taken care of right away. Tommy reviewed with me the different financing options and took me on a test drive. My last car was a Chevrolet and I really loved driving my new Honda Fit. Tommy took me over to where they were grilling burgers and I enjoyed the feast while I was waiting for the finance manager. Dave in finance got me a much better deal than I was expecting on the finance and a good payment after the clearance sales price. When I came to pick up my car, Tommy had it all clean and went over all the gadgets and helped set the radio staions. I drove away in a beautiful car very happy! More

I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot 2 weeks ago from Bernardi Honda. I did all my bargaining on the internet and then my husband and I went to the dealership and were introduced to Michael Moushan. Michael was extremely attentive to our needs, did not try to talk us into buying anything more than the car. Other extras that could be purchased were explained to us and also the extra warranty plan was offered but when we declined, there was no pushing or further "sales talk". We went on a Thursday morning, bought the car that day and picked it up the next day. Michael went over the car's features, asked if we had any other questions, had an inspection sticker put on and we drove my new vehicle home. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Moushan and Bernardi Honda to any of my family and friends. More
