MKK222 – Thank you for you feedback and all of us at Bernardi Honda appreciate your business. I want to apologize about the license plate problem you encountered. Since I don’t know your name I’m not sure what the problem was. If you want to call me I can speak with you to explain what happened. Here are a few reasons why the license plate change. You may have been required to get new plates because of a different name on the title. This happens when customer’s lease a vehicle and then lease a new vehicle and the name of the lease company changes. Or it could have been because of adding a name or dropping a name if you co-owned the previous vehicle or are adding a co-owner. Another reason may have been because you had “green” lettering on the plates. On some early issued “green” plates if they have faded or are not in perfect condition can not be transferred. At any rate, this should have been communicated to you way before it came time to pick up your new vehicle. Thank you. – Joel Richards, General Manager.
