Working with Eric Sussman was fantastic. He was polite, friendly and has a sense of humor. He knows the used car lot and showed us whatever we asked for. We are very pleased with it. However,the ok rating on the Customer service rating is due to our experience with the financial employee J.C. He did not set up the paper work for us to receive the car on the date it was promised to us. When we arrived to get the car, there was no record of the RV1 form which we filled out the previous day with him. It was finally found in a folder for 5 days later. Added to this was the fact that the one half hour wait (which was told to us) turned into a two and a quarter hour wait. It is because of the good work of Eric Sussman that I would recommend Bernardi Honda to others. More

I recently had an oil change, inspection, and rear brakes replaced quickly in one morning for a very reasonable price, all while I was at work visit.
