Totally unsatisfactory. My problems have not been resolved. The attitude was dismissive. Tech forgot twice to make state inspection as i requested. Was not done as a result. Repair person reinstalled brakes improperly and caused loud scraping sound as i drove out of dealership. I have been bringing my cars there for, I think, decades. I have had several Hondas and I think the product is great. But having a great service department helps me feel secure on the road that my car is in good repair. I love the new video repair updates, and the check list helps me plan future repairs.
