I had a positive experience then. I looked around at a couple of other dealers in my area, then and now, and was not impressed with their over and under responsiveness. I went on the Internet exploring new SUVs. I decided to look up Bernardi again and request a quote. From that moment forward, I can not say enough about how courteously and competently I was treated. They responded by e-mail and by phone; people followed up for one another. They worked as a team trying to satisfy my every need. I felt like they really cared about me and wanted to ASSIST me to find the RIGHT car at the RIGHT price with the RIGHT FINANCING that I could afford. They were sensitive to all our work schedules, communicating information constantly with one another. They were RESPECTFUL in every way: from the telephone operators to the Service Manager who tried to find SOME value in my car; to the Accessory specialist who assisted me to find things I had forgotten to talk about the day I bought the car. Marc Starr, the finance manager, and Muhammed both took great pains to explain all of the paperwork to me, ensuring that I did not sign anything until understanding the reason for signing each form. After already working a long day, both stayed until 9:30 pm to help me. When we went to Bernardi in our search for a certified used Honda we were met at the door by Mike.
