I came in to test drive a used Jeep and from the second I walked in the door Muhammad made me and my fiance feel like we were his only priority. He did what it took to get the deal done and get me in the car I wanted. Even though I purchased a Jeep at a Honda dealership he treated me like I was buying a brand new Honda. Needless to say I purchased the Jeep and can not wait to pick it up next week! I also worked with Manny Rodrigues who helped me find a payment plan that works for my budget. He was able to get me to the payments I was comfortable at which is very important to me. Both Muhammad and Manny made purchasing a car with Bernardi Honda the best possible experience. He was able to answer all the questions I had in regards to the purchase, and made me feel a lot more comfortable. He is no typical sales man, and goes above and beyond for his customers. In the past, I had not had good experiences at other dealerships such as Toyota and Nissan. They did not offer the customer service I recieved at Honda, therefore my chances of returning are slim to none. Thanks to Muhammad, my experience at the Dealership was exceptional. Abe Mansour was the Sales Person that helped me and he was WONDERFUL - best Sales Person I have ever dea Excellent, best car buying experience ever! Abe Mansour was the Sales Person that helped me and he was WONDERFUL - best Sales Person I have ever dealt with. Not pushy, yet informative and there when I needed him. I have bought many cars over the years, new and pre-owned, and I generally cringe at the thought of going to any car dealership. When I got there he offered his help and I told him I just wanted to look around the lot. He respected that, whereas many sales people still follow you around making it hard to focus on buying a car. Once I had decided on a couple of cars I liked, he was readily available, went over the features with me, and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and I loved the car. When it came to discussing price on the vehicle and my trade-in, he was extremely reasonable, as was Bernardi Honda's management. I felt respected, treated well and they took care of everything. Even the little coffee area was nice, and they came over to me quickly after my car was prepped. No long wait either. Again, I can't say enough about Abe Mansour, he has a fantastic personality and was easy to deal with, he was great. I would go back to Bernardi Honda again, and I would tell me friends to go there. I recently purchased a new Honda Accord at Bernardi Honda in Natick. I typically hate dealing with Sales people, but I have to say, the folks at Bernardi Honda have changed my attitude about dealing with car in Natick. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, was helped by a sales person right away, and was made to feel right at home. Great coffee! My sales person Mark was very knowledgable about the vehice I was interrested in and ultimately purchased. When I went to pick up my car, it was ready for me right away. He went through all of it's features again with me and I was on my way. I would also like to point out that this dealership followed up with me after my purchase (got a call from a Kristin Cullinane) to make sure that I was not only satisfied, but had a positive customer service experience. I sure did and was happy to tell her so. She seemed genuinely interrested in my feedback and certainly wanted make sure that Bernardi Honda had treated me well. Thanks for caring Kristin and Mark!
