Approached Bernardi Honda after approaching couple of other dealers in the area, got a internet price quote from Bernardi and walked in and met Graham Lower. Graham was simply the best. He knew what we were looking for and that we had a internet quote and the next steps were done and everything was ready, except we had to spend some time bargaining with the Business Manager who was unfriendly and little bit harsh (he feels as if we were there to rob his personal car from him). He tried to put in some additional charges and tried to increase the overall price of the car when we went for financing option and quoted really high APR rate. However I had a pre-approved auto loan from my credit union bank and the rest was simple. Even at the time of delivery Graham made sure everything was right on time and handled things pretty well. He communicated through email and phone and updated in between when I had to wait for couple of days for the delivery. Overall, I got a good price and nice customer care. Looking forward for the first service and will update after I get my car serviced. More

I was also able to take advantage of Honda's 0.9% financing as well. Overall the best car buying experience I've had. Just make sure you have a quote in writing before you start negotiating. More

It is supposed to start, stop, turn, slow, and speed up as necessary. So what has to set a car apart from the rest is the exceptional quality. I tried the Fit and Wow - it was compact, strong, and easy to use and maneuver. It was powerful for a small car as well. And Michael Moushon is probably the best salesperson I have come across, and let me tell you, I have seen my share of car salespeople. No high pressure sales techniques here. Quite the opposite. He knew cars like nobody else I have seen, and could compare the Fit to others in its class. He was so knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a potential owner. He let me decide for myself. I bought the Fit and my estimation of this car is that the Fit felt a lot like my old VW Bug. (which I owned years ago - this is my most favorite car, but the Fit comes really close!) I like to think that if a VW Bug grew up it would morph into a Fit! And as a little p.s. I must add a “wahoo!” for the terrific mileage my standard Fit gets!! LENDING AND MENDING This second part is just as important. I financed it through Honda, and David R.,the lending officer. He could not have been more courteous and professional. The process was simple, clear, and ethical. Nice touch in a profession not usually known for above board behavior. This is another facet of the “Bernardi experience” as I call it. The equally important part most people gloss over but the part you will have the most dealings with - which is the service. There is a reason Bernardi has won awards for their service. The service area is clean, well maintained, and there are SCORES of people doing a million things. You are surrounded by service people the minute you walk in, all who want to make this the best experience for you. Brian is tops in my book. He is typical of the quality of staff that has been hired by Bernardi. I don’t say I have not had a few “bumps” but let me tell you, I am thrilled that my needs are addressed in a nano second, and I may come in anxious, but I leave (and my little Fit too) happy with the outcome and the service! With that I end my explanation. I wanted it to be detailed and concise. No one can decide for you but you. But I encourage you to visit Bernardi and try it out. You may be very surprised (in a good way!) More
Peter Nannery undertood the unusual work schedule i have and drove the car 35 minutes to me so I could test drive it. He had all the information organized for me about warranties and service. Mike Moushon was my salesperson for my first car buying experience. I liked Mike because he wasn't a high pressure sales person. Much larger than another Honda dealership I went to. I chose a used Accord that I felt was at a good price. I got quite a few of the extras for the car which were rather expensive but I never felt a lot or pressure to get any of them. My whole experience at Bernardi was a good one as everyone I dealt with was very professional. More
Michael Moushon was very helpful, and not at all pushy. He helped us to quickly find just the right car for our needs, and followed up efficiently with the details of the purchase and the trade-in. This is my second time purchasing a car from this dealeship and from Michael Moushon. When I walked into Bernardi Honda the first time, I was not pressured or swarmed by sales reps. Both the dealership and Michael Moushon were friendly, respectful and extremely helpful. Michael went above and beyond and took excellent care of us which is why I came back a second time (in less then six months) to purchase anotehr Honda. I will ALWAYS come back to Bernardi and most definately will use Michael. More
Peter Nannery was fantastic to work with and really tried to fix-up the vehicle for me even after we had agreed on the deal. I got a great car at a decent price and although the touch-up job could have been to fix-up the vehicle for me even after we had agreed on the deal. Finding the perfect car quickly, the process from test drive to driving the car home was a very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Peter, was tuned in to what we needed and George in finance made things extremly easy. The GSM, Seth, was involved as well making us feel as though we were the only people in the showroom on a busy Saturday afternoon. More

We never felt pressured or manipulated, even in the hairier moments of negotiating a price for our trade-in. We are not really "car" people, so the fact that the process ended up feeling simple and straightforward was a great relief. Bernardi claims to take customer service service and it is manifestly evident to us that they do! More
