Sales: My wife is a loyal Bernardi customer. She has Sales: My wife is a loyal Bernardi customer. She has bought several vehicles from there, referred friends and family, and got me to buy my first Honda there (which I love). She considers herself to be part of the “Bernardi Family”. So, the sales team (Jeff B.) calls her and leaves a voicemail Saturday evening. “We have a customer who is interested in the same 2005 Accord you own and we don’t have one on our used lot. If you bring it in, we will get you into a new 2012 Accord for the same payment.” I tell her this can’t be real, it must be a scam. She assures me it isn’t, and that the same thing happened with her Aunt before and they did get her into a new car (Infiniti, not Honda, and not Bernardi). So, reluctantly, I agree to go. We load up the 5 month old baby, the essential baby gear, and bring both cars. One to trade in, and the other to take off with the baby if necessary. We arrive at Bernardi, and are never introduced to the salesman who called us. Someone else (Steve T.) comes over to help us. He says yeah, it’s true; someone is interested in your car. Want to test drive the new one you’ll get? I say no, let’s sit and talk details first, as I’ve never heard of such a thing. He goes over to the manager’s desk, gets some papers, and comes back. He tells us it’s all true, BUT, we have to lease. This was never mentioned on the phone. When Jeff B. called us, he implied that we could trade-in, have the same payment, etc… with NO mention of a lease. I tell this Steve and he goes over to the managers desk of course. He comes back and says that offer is only available if we lease. If we don’t lease, our payment will practically double. Now I am pissed. I grab the baby, the wife, and tell Steve that we don’t want to spend our Saturday night at Bernardi. Basically, we were lied to. There was no buyer for our used car, Bernardi pulled my wife’s name from their database and we fell for their sleazy tactics. I ask Steve T. for Jeff B.’s manager’s name. He runs upstairs for something, then comes downstairs with one of his own business cards and scribbles the name of Charles Prectish on the back of the card. My wife had viewed Bernardi with rose colored glasses, believing that being a loyal customer would keep her immune from shitty, deceptive car sales tactics. Not the case. Plain and simple… we were lied to. Service: Needed some minor AC servicing on a late model Accord I bought form them 1 month ago. I called service to set it up and told them I need to know approximately how long it would take, as I have a 5 month old, work full-time, and need to make appropriate arrangements. They assure me over the phone that this would NEVER take more than a day, and probably just a few hours. I drop off the vehicle a few days later at 8 a.m. The day goes by and I hear nothing. I call service at about 2 p.m. and find out they haven’t even looked at the vehicle yet. They say they won’t have time to take care of it by the end of the day and I could either come pick it up and bring it back in the a.m., or come pick up a loaner. I choose to pick up a loaner. I get there to pick up a loaner and no one knows who I am or what is going on. Turns out my service representative has left for vacation. Finally, someone finds my name and info scribbled on a post-it next to a random computer. I get my loaner and leave. The next day, I hear nothing again. I call to check. Somehow, my call is disconnected and I have to call back 3 TIMES IN A ROW. I kept getting hung up on. They tell me it will be ready at the end of the day. Complete lack of communication not only with customer, but with themselves. This was my first service experience there and it was negative. Not looking forward to going back and once the warranty is expired, WILL NOT. More

Amazing experience from start to finish. Muhammad was patient, informative, and completely accommodating throughout my five visits to the dealership. He spent a great deal of time helping me work through patient, informative, and completely accommodating throughout my five visits to the dealership. He spent a great deal of time helping me work through the decisions associated with purchasing a new vehicle. He worked very hard with the manager to ensure that I got what I was looking for on the trade-in vehicle. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful that I worked with him. In the financing office Sasha was equally helpful and patient. I had done some research about financing and finance managers do not have a great reputation. My experience could not have been better. All in all, I look forward to working with Bernardi in the future, and recommending them as a dealership without hesitation. Thank you so much, Tim More
We purchased a car a few months ago and it was not a very nice experience. We knew the model we wanted and met with Mike. We went on a test drive with Mike (he drove) and overall it was fine. Mike answere nice experience. We knew the model we wanted and met with Mike. We went on a test drive with Mike (he drove) and overall it was fine. Mike answered all our questions about the 2012 model. We had to be someplace so we left and said we would be back later. We met Sales Mgr Seth before leaving. We knew the price we wanted to pay and it was a figure quoted by another dealer about 20 miles away... so we preferred to stay close to home. We went back to Bernardi and met again with Mike. Mike came out with a price with was about $300 less than what we wanted to pay. Mike explained that we are loyal Honda owners (have an Ody and Ridgeline), get our cars serviced at Bernardi and are neighbors (live very close by)... so that is reflected in the price. It also included a $500 customer loyalty discount that Bernardi was offering. We agreed to the price and placed a deposit. A few minutes later, Mike came by and said they made a mistake (gave the price without Nav - we had Nav) and if we wanted the car, we would need to pay $1500 more. We decided to pass and asked for our deposit back. Mike agreed to refund the deposit. We asked to speak to Seth (Sales mgr) for more information. We felt we did sign a contract and Mike told us the price was because of a number of loyal customer things. Adding the 1500 back into the price, we only would receive the $500 loyalty credit that everyone can get... so we were confused about all the stuff Mike said about why we got the original price. Seth came over and was not very friendly. We was somewhat arrogant and seemed to give us the impression that we were at fault. He said we all make mistakes and this was a mistake. He said they were very busy and mistakes are made. It was not our fault they were busy! We explained about what Mike said as to why we got that great price... so if it was a mistake, then what we were told was simply not true. After more conversation about customer service and loyalty, Seth said ...let me see what the invoice is... and went to his office. A few minutes later, Seth came back and said he will honor the price (tossing the folder on table). We agreed to purchase that car again. We even added accessories, lojack and Honda care... so they made money on us. Unfortunately, we needed to purchase a new car again and this past weekend we did not purchase it from Bernardi. More
I was suffering from my Nissan Altima money spending disease, when one afternoon I dropped by this dealership to checkout if a new car is in my budget. I feel lucky to meet Michael Moushon because th disease, when one afternoon I dropped by this dealership to checkout if a new car is in my budget. I feel lucky to meet Michael Moushon because that afternoon I drove out of that showroom with a pre-owned certified HOnda civic and at the same time got rid of my old junk for a good price. The credit goes to mike. He was fast and made the purchase event smooth and comforatable. At no point I felt stressed out. Mike also helped me earn $100 when one of my referred friend buy his 2011 honda civic from Bernardi. He is a great sales person. Unlike other sales person Mike did not forced me to buy something that I did not want to rather he helped me find what I needed. Later I took the car for pollution check , which was fast too. Plus the customer service is great. I wish my interest rate was better. Overalll I am happy. More

I have narrowed my list to three manufacturers and four models. I drove a Crosstour and a Venza at another dealer and was not impressed with the dealer. I Googled Toyota and found Bernardi Honda close by. Do not be concerned if you look at the satellite image or street view, the dealership does not show up! I was greeted by the sales manager who introduced me to Derrell. He asked me what I wanted to see to day and I told him I had driven a Crosstour and had hoped to make sure it was not the dealership and but the car I was eliminating from my list. He said he thought he could put it up the top of my list and we agreed to find out. From the opining bell I realized that Derrell is not your average car salesman, but you be the judge! We went for a test ride, even though I had admitted driving the previously driving the car. He then went over the car top to bottom, and end to end. We then looked over my "trade" and sat down to review numbers. The reason for the 'OK" price rating above is that I did not haggle much just yet. If I decide on this car we will sit down and and work it out. He DID NOT ask over and over and over "what do I have to do to get you....."! instead Derrell asked ware I was going next and I told him I was going around the corner to the Toyota dealership to check out the Venza. He said "I'm not worried about that can you wait for a minute or two?" and then magically produced a used Venza and asked if I wanted to take it for a ride. Upon our return we parked it next to the Crosstour and did a side by side! He did not bat an eye when I told him I was going on vacation next week and will not make a decision until I get back, instead, Derrell wished me a happy vacation and offered to research other color / model combinations than were on the lot! I have tried to exercise restrain with exclamation marks here but it is beyond me. I cannot speak to the rest of the dealership for I have not dealt with them but all I saw was smiles on customers and sales people. If I by a Crosstour I will by it here and hopefully I will remember to append this review. j.r. More
After an initial bad experience with an unprepared salesperson, the dealership recommended I deal with the New Car Sales Manager and a Senior Salesperson. I came in to test drive a used Jeep and from the second I walked in the door Muhammad made me and my fiance feel like we were his only priority. He was very friendly and outgoing and I trusted him from the b walked in the door Muhammad made me and my fiance feel like we were his only priority. He was very friendly and outgoing and I trusted him from the beginning. He was very honest and up front with me so I knew he wasn't just trying to make the sale. He did what it took to get the deal done and get me in the car I wanted. Even though I purchased a Jeep at a Honda dealership he treated me like I was buying a brand new Honda. Needless to say I purchased the Jeep and can not wait to pick it up next week! I also worked with Manny Rodrigues who helped me find a payment plan that works for my budget. He was able to get me to the payments I was comfortable at which is very important to me. Both Muhammad and Manny made purchasing a car with Bernardi Honda the best possible experience. I have been to other dealerships and no of them were as attentive as the entire staff at Bernardi Honda. I would definitely reccommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
