I was in the market for an accord coupe and had searched many dealers such as Boch and Honda north. When i presented my offer to these places they thought i was lying and thought i was ludicrous. I emailed bernardi about a listing and we even made offers and counter offers over email. I came in and had Darell as my salesperson. He was the most friendly, fun loving guy ever. He was very accomodating and helpful throughout the process. My relative who had bought a car from boch the other day said that he would also be making his future purchases from bernardi. The overall experience was great and i definitely would reccomend bernardi over all other competitors. More
I went to this dealership to test drive the CRV and the Honda civic. The sales woman, Michelle, seemed nice and was helpful, albeit a little pushy when showing me the cars. She asked for my phone number and my email address, which I now regret giving. Since my visit 11 days ago, I have received 11 voice mails/phone calls and 3 emails from Michelle/the dealership. Two or three attempts would have been reasonable, but this is bordering on harassment. I have been to four other dealerships, including one other Honda dealer, and none of them have followed up at all. I respect this. Bernardi does not have the right to treat me like I am gullible and harass me. More
We have been loyal to Natick Bernardi Honda for many years now. We have purchased 3 Hondas from them in the last 6 years. We have always received great service. Alex Yanovsky was a step above. He offered us a good deal which was processed smoothly. We will certainly continue to go to Bernardi Honda in the future for our service and car buying needs. More
I contacted Bernardi Honda by phone and asked if they could match a price I had from another dealership for a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring. They said that they could "work with those numbers", so I decided t could match a price I had from another dealership for a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring. They said that they could "work with those numbers", so I decided to make the 35 minute journey to their dealership. I worked with Eric Yngve who was GREAT. He was super honest and didn't feed me any lines. The overall experience was VERY positive. I felt quite bad when I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle from Bernardi (I went with another dealership because my wife preferred a white car) because they were able to match the price and they were extremely honest and helpful. So, even though I didn't buy from Bernardi, I HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. They are a great dealership. More
I have been buying Honda cars from Bernardi Honda since the 1970's. Every time I go there we are always greeted nicely with very friendly employees. I just turned in a 2009 leased Civic because the 3 year period was over. I again went through Mike Paoheco to help me. He has got to be the best and nicest salesman you have in the company....Mike is always there to help and answer any questions I had. Mike takes his time with you and not running from customer to customer. I picked up a 2012 leased Accord on 11/28/11 and I LOVE it. Also Scott Wells (Honda Sales Manager) was great and willing to do what he could to help me. Scott is a great asset to the Bernardi Honda staff. I would also like to say that Javel Sosa in the Finance dept. was a big help in getting the deal done for me. I was still there after they had closed for the night but the 3 gentlemen were in no rush for me to leave. I have told different people that I know that have been looking to buy a car and I told them the best place to go is Bernardi Honda and Ask for Mike. In closing, I can't thank Mike, Scott and Javel for making Me feel at home at Bernard's. I will be back in 3 years to lease another vehicle from Bernardi's. my 23 year old daughter just bought her first car a few months ago and Mike was the greatest. He was so nice to my daughter that she feels comfortable going back to see Mike when she is ready to purchase another vehicle. Please thank these 3 gentlemen for us and again Bernardi's honda is very lucky to have them on your staff. Specifically, I told her I was looking to buy a vehicle that same day. Within a few minutes Marjorie and I shook hands on a new deal and one more Honda Accord was sold at Bernardi of Natick, Mass. Right as I walked into Bernardi Honda that day, Marjorie approached me in a caring, professional manner. Her sales approach is beyond exceptional - she is knowledgeable, understanding and is all about meeting customer requirements in real terms and in real time. I would call her a super-sales person for the 21-st century. There was no game playing or meaningless "number crunching" which many other Honda dealers engage the customer in. I also was impressed that she handled the sale all by herself and was able to close the deal within minutes of when I got there. And believe me, I was (always am) a tough customer to please. I was on a budget and made it very clear that there would be very little room for negotiation. And still, Marjorie scored right away thanks to her amazing personality and sincere concern to get me into a vehicle of my choice that same day. Same praise goes to other key players at Bernardi Honda of Natick, Robin at the front desk, Greg and Lana in Finance and all others. Staff is friendly, happy and alert. Everyone is always busy making a customer comfortable in every way. If you are looking to be treated as an intelligent consumer, make a trip to Bernardi Honda of Natick and ask for Marjorie. Marjorie Nicolas was a pleasure to work with! She is the consummate saleperson. She was attentive to my mother's and my needs and listened very carefully as a good salesperson should. Although the 2 transactions took several hours, there was a minimum of negotiating and my mother and I left very happy with our leasing deals. Mom and I had been doing business with another local Honda dealer for years and this past year they offered us nothing but disappointment. Mom and I will continue to do future business with Bernardi Honda. Marjorie is an asset to Bernardi Honda! More
First, let me say that I detest the whole car buying process, but Bernardi made it as pleasant as possible. We found a used Pilot on their website for an exceptional price, with all the bells and whistl process, but Bernardi made it as pleasant as possible. She met Fred and test drove the vehicle, and I followed up negotiating (mostly by phone and text) with Fred and Scott. We received lower than we wanted for our trade, but I can't fault Bernardi - the Carfax showed an old accident where my wife was rear-ended, and Bernardi took the time to explain the impact that had on the trade price (vehicle was actually in pretty rough shape anyway - I'm surprised they took it at all!). Anyway, Scott managed to come up some on the trade, the price on the new vehicle was outstanding, and the whole process was made all the more pleasant by Fred. Financing was as good or better than we could get ourselves, and Sasha tried very hard to sell us some options (not unpleasantly I might add, just doing her job). We ended up taking the extended warranty after we negotiated about 30% off her first price, despite my reservations about the value of extended warranties in general. So, 5 for friendliness (mostly due to Fred), 4 for customer service (wait to do paperwork was too long), and 4 for price (due to trade - not really Bernardi's fault). Overall a 4 - and as pleasant an experience as I have ever had buying a car. More
My wife and I had been looking for 2 cars for the past 4 months. We were a 1 car family and it wasn't easy. My first interaction with Bernardi Honda was via the internet were I gave them a quote as to what I was looking for. Within minutes I received a call from Charlie. He was polite, courteous and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. I arrived to the dealership and was greeted by Joshua McClaskey. From beginning to end Josh was a 1st class act. We told him exactly what we needed and what cars we liked except this time unlike many of the other dealerships, he didn't put up any excuses or veered us away to cars we were not interested in. Josh was able to get the best deal possible and met our standards. He was very patient and attentive to our 15 month boy. Josh made us feel like family and in my book that goes a long way... guess I'm part of the Bernardi Family. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Bernardi Honda of Natick; it has been hands down the BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I've ever had. More
Had a few negative experiences here....1st time was few years ago when I wanted to purchase New Honda Accord Coupe 6-speed. Came to dealership filled out some paper work, car wasn't available to test drive years ago when I wanted to purchase New Honda Accord Coupe 6-speed. Came to dealership filled out some paper work, car wasn't available to test drive, was told I will get a call when its available. Few days later got the call, came to dealership, sales person made me look for car in parking lot when it was raining.....after 10 minutes of looking together for the car, guess what.....it wasnt there, was told again to wait for call back in a few days.....never got any calls. Bought Audi A4. My wife bought new Civic from them, she had noise coming from brakes, they charged her $60-65 bucks for inspection and told her the wheels are bad. When she came home, I checked the car myself and wheels were fine and noise was coming from brake dust covers which I fixed in 5 minutes. Came to dealership and asked for refund.....at least got the money back. Now have used Honda S2000. Had check engine light on. Dealer fixed it...no problems here, BUT very expensive. Also Honda has documented defect on the car and TBS out, but dealer refused to fix it. They told me I am 2nd owner so defects are not covered...What does this have to do with defects made by Honda ? Honda has NOT fixed defect for 1st owner either. ALL 2006-2009 Honda S2000 vehicle are effected and Honda knows about this issue.... EDIT 11/23/2011: Have been to dealership again for maintenance work. This time everything went smoothly and prices for maintenance are ok (oil changes, alignments, etc) If I need anything in this department I would go to this dealership again. More
