The manager addressed a concern that my family had and went to great lengths to ensure that we were happy. Chad also went to great lengths to ensure that we were informed about the cars under consideration. Once we made the purchase, he helped us through the process so that it went smoothly. Mike worked with me to find the best fit for me in my price range. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly showed how much he values customer service. Although I'm sure I'm one of many, Mike made me feel like I was his top priority. I hate high pressure situations, especially ones that involve making big money decisions like buying a car, but I was made to feel comfortable and un-pressured every step of the way. I will definitely continue to go to Bernardi Honda in the future. More
I was planning on purchasing a new Honda towards the end of the year - but situations arose and I had to purchase it much sooner. I knew I wanted a Honda Accord. I went into Bernardi Honda in Natick on Sun of the year - but situations arose and I had to purchase it much sooner. I knew I wanted a Honda Accord. I went into Bernardi Honda in Natick on Sunday, Feb 26 and I was met by Chad and explained what I wanted. Chad took the time to find out what I needed (not just what I wanted)-he did not try and push the most expense vehicle on me. He took me on a couple test drives so I could get the feel of a couple different vehicles. I ended up choosing a white Accord with a tan interior - but I think I could have chosen just about any color combination - they had a lot of vehicles to choose from. The sales manager who finalized the deal (I believe his name was Seth) was great. I spoke with another gentlemen (also great) to finalize all the paperwork and I left the dealership around 3:30PM - with the paperwork all set. I took delivery of my new car on Wed Feb 29th. Chad took the time to review all aspects of the car with me. Another gentleman, (I can not remember his name - but I think he was their cell phone specialist) took the time to help me set up the bluetooth for my cellphone. (It probably would have taken be a day to do it myself) This is about the third car I've purchased this dealership since I bought my first car in 1984 - I've always had a great experience. More
