My husband and I really don't like going car shopping, and we usually find it to be a really unpleasant experience. We plan to always use them exclusively from now on. Our experience with the entire staff there, but especially with our salesman Eric, was second to none. He was so great with us, and really spent so much time carefully and patiently answering all of our questions and concerns. He was so nice and personable, and truly made an experience we usually despise a fun one. We love the vehicle he helped us find based off of our needs and we look forward to sending all of our friends and family to Bernardi and Eric in the future. He is a class act! More

Mark's approach was low stress and straightforward, allowing me the time to weigh options on the different models and features. When it came time to discuss the purchase, he was matter-of-fact without applying pressure. He was more concerned that I had the features really needed by my family (even if lower priced vehicle). Mark's knowledge of the vehicles helped facilitate our decision in a way that was comfortable and very positive. Of the six cars that I have purchased in my life, this experience was the most positive. Bill the sales manager and Sasha in finance also helped make the purchase low stress. My previous experience with the sales department of Bernardi Honda was a truly negative exercise. I stayed with this dealership for the service department. I received a "cold" call from Mark Aubuchon and we spoke about the possibility of my coming in to talk. He let me "vent" and when he heard of my previous experience, he set a goal of winning back a customer. He suceeded tenfold. Within 24 hours of this cold call, I have a new Accord in my driveway. Since the arrival at the dealership, the staff was very friendly. We were assigned to work with Matt and he was fantastic at listening to our needs and concerns and try to match us with a car.
