I went into the dealership last week and I was a little nervous about buying a new car. I am very disappointed & annoyed with the quality of service from Bernandi Honda Auto Repair Division of the Natick Branch. I am a loyal customer of Bernandi Honda Auto repair ever since I have purchase service from Bernandi Honda Auto Repair Division of the Natick Branch. I am a loyal customer of Bernandi Honda Auto repair ever since I have purchased my Car. I had always gone to them for any repairs to my car even though they were costly. I had my car diagnosed on March 28,2012 for the following items and propose me there final charges for the check engine light, Intermediate Schedule maintenance along with clip that needs to be changed for the back seat. The customer service informed me that it will cost $1311.84. I received my car fixed on the same day after the proposed repairs at 13:30pm & paying the cost of $1311.84. The very next day the check engine light showed up. I informed the customer service department & they stated that they can a check up only on April 4, 2012. Consumers and readers please take a judgment on their ... with the quality of service from Bernandi Honda Auto Repair Division of the Natick Branch. After visiting multiple dealerships, I have founf my new home! Eric Yngve of Bernardi Honda gave me an excellent experience going over my end lease options, Eric made me feel right at home and was a pleasur home! My husband and I went looking for a "new" used car and had trouble at other dealerships. So when we walked into Bernardi we weren't expecting much. He really listened to what we wanted and was truly helpful. He cared that we drive away happy, not about making a sale. We drove away with a certified Honda Accord and couldn't be happier with our purchase, and with him. More
I never thought that I would end up driving to the South Shore to buy a used car with so many other dealers up where I live (Boxford). I enbcountered the usual pitfalls of car buying such as lack of inventory, really bad salespeople, and horrible customer service. I saw a couple used Accords on the Bernardi website and called to get some more info. My salesperson, Eric Yngve, was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. This was very refreshing compared to all of my other experiences. He told me about all of the used cars I asked about and to my surprise even called me back later that day to tall me about some cars that just came in that he thought I would like. I felt really comfortable with him so I decided to take a drive and check out Bernardi. Long story short, I bought a car from him. I got a way better rate on my financing than any other place and he was the first person to really explain what Honda Care was about and how beneficial it would be for my Certified Pre-Owned. My advice(especially if you live North of Boston) is to take the time and drive down to Bernardi and you might be surprised. I certainly was. Thanks again Eric. More

My wife and I actually went to 2 different Honda dealers before we ended up at Bernardi. At this particular dealership we had the pleasure of being greeted by Eric Yngve who was nothing short of a superstar in our book. I would not even be taking the time to write this positive review normally, but we had such a good experience, better than any other vehicle purchase in the past that I felt it was owed. Friendly, no preasure, informative, down to earth customer service. We went with the notion of buying a new vehicle and were schooled, in a good way to the terms of a lease which was definitly the better option for our small business. We left with a new CRV and are extremely happy with the chioce our sales person Eric helped us with. I look forward to working with him agian and would recommend this dealership and Eric to all... I lost my job and had a luxury vehicle, complete with luxury vehicle payments which were massively high. I needed to be able to trade my car in fast and buy something new, safe and good on gas. I came to Bernardi Honda in search of a used Honda Civic. I had driven all the way from Manchester,NH to meet with Eric Yngve because he was the most pleasant on the phone when I called ahead. He gave me all the information I needed and then made sure the car I wanted was going to work for me and my price range before I headed down. When I walked through the doors of Bernardi Honda, Eric Yngve greeted me with a very warm welcome and professional attitude. He was very patient and kind with me as I asked every question under the sun. After the whole paper work process, I walked out of there beaming with satisfaction from such excellent customer service! I will definitely be purchasing cars from Eric Yngve for the rest of my life! More

Everyone there is so friendly and quick to help, and Eric Yngve really took care of us. We weren't the easiest customers to deal with but he was patient and helped us through financing and getting the best deal we could get. The minute we sat down with him he asked us what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it, instead of jerking us around. It was a truly personal experience rather than some guy giving us a bunch of numbers. All I have to say is that Eric went above and beyond for us for what we thought was going to be pulling teeth. Always going back to Bernardi, their quality service is hard to find! More
