This was our second car purchase at this dealership. The reason we returned here was Victor Medina who had helped us with the first car in 2021 and now helped us again in 2025. Before Bernardi and Victor our car purchase experiences were unpleasant and nothing to look forward to. With Bernardi and Victor we find the process simple, professional, and hassle-free. For those of you who, like us, do not enjoy the process of buying a car, we highly recommend Victor Medina - he is a pleasure to work with. Note - we have another Honda dealership closeby, but choose to drive 45 mins to Bernardi because of Victor. We find this worth our time. Hope somebody finds this helpfu. More

Salesman was friendly and communicative, I had no issues with him. We agreed on the purchase price of a 2025 model in early June, I was told the car would be delivered in early/mid July. I also discovered that day that it was a 2026 model year, even though they told me they ordered a 2025. They refused to honor the agreed upon price despite their mistake and quoted me a higher price, take it or leave it. Furthermore, the finance manager was unprofessional and seemed more interested in getting me out the door than helping me understand the forms I was signing. All in all, it took over 3 hours to pick up the car that day. Very unpleasant experience, and it felt like a bait and switch on the price. Love the car, but will be taking my future business elsewhere. More
