My partner and I just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Hybrid CR-V Sport-L from this BH Natick Dealership and we couldn't have had a better experience. I was skeptical ahead of time because in the past I Hybrid CR-V Sport-L from this BH Natick Dealership and we couldn't have had a better experience. I was skeptical ahead of time because in the past I have had some pretty awful experiences at other dealerships. First off, a huge shout-out to the new General Manager, Brian Downey. Jim and I arrived on the lot only to find that the Handicapped Spots were taken by cars waiting to be sold. Jim, a disabled vet was not amused, neither was I. We walked into the dealership and expressed our frustration and discontent. Brian came up to us in short order, introduced himself, apologized profusely and already had the handicapped spaces vacated; had spoken to every one of his sales staff about how he doesn't want to see that ever happen again. That uplifting first impression not only colored our first view of this dealership, but continued throughout our visits there (every time we arrived, the spaces were clear for patrons who need the spaces. Yay.) Not only did our salesperson, David D. do an outstanding job, but the sales staff was friendly and welcoming, where-ever we were in the building. I cannot speak to the past, but currently, this dealership is being run by someone who is committed to excellent customer service standards, I should know because as a retired Assistant Director of a busy, public library I often offered workshops to our large staff on best customer services practices. Our new CRV Hybrid is a deliciously comfortable car, with so many bells and whistles that we truly needed the hand-holding and instruction that we received from David, our salesperson. Basically I felt like the dashboard and bluetooth video screen looked like a Space Ship's panel. I was daunted!! I would highly recommend this Honda Dealership to any of my friends.
