Great experience, especially for a used lot. I found a particular car online that I was interested in. Called for availability and was able to check it out right away on a Friday afternoon. Worked with Andrew, who was very straightforward and no pressure. Did a test drive and loved the way the car drove. The whole was filled with high quality vehicles. We talked through all the financials. Everything was above board and fair. I decided to take the weekend to process it and review other cars I had been considering. Ultimately I decided that another vehicle I was looking at was a better fit for my particular needs. I gave Andrew a call Monday to keep him in the loop and to thank him for taking the time to go through everything. Even though I did not end up purchasing that vehicle from Bermont, I very much needed to talk out the process and see my best options. I felt very comfortable the thought of doing business with Bermont. I also had a friend who had bought a vehicle through them a few years prior for their daughter and has been very pleased with the purchase having had several years to reflect on their experience. I traded in my Toyota and purchased a Dodge, Adam was all gung ho about selling the car which was great. There were no floor mats in the car so they gave me Jeep mats which is fine but now since I have had t gung ho about selling the car which was great. I contacted Adam and his respone was that they had to wait for more calibers to come in which I find disappointing, why should I have to wait for them to wait for another caliber to come. Also when I purchased the car the interior was dirty and had to ask them to clean it when it should of been done when they were detailing in the first place, I also notice several different other scrathes and dirty spots in the car. Also when I talked to Adam it seemed like since I bought the car his attitude was that I have purchsed the car, so lets move on to another customer. I will not recommend anyone to this dealer, it all about yourselves. More
