Oil change I brought my car for oil change and every time I bring in I feel pressure to get other things fixed on the car. Customer service makes a difference! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a little confusion about the type of oil change was supposed to get, but my service rep Carl I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a little confusion about the type of oil change was supposed to get, but my service rep Carlos rectified it. I also had some additional questions that he was able to answer, so I also gained some new information. He was pleasant and personable. I purchased my car from the old location on Irving Park but am willing to drive the extra miles from my home to the new location because my experiences have been positive. More
