Most would just continue to fix your vehicle knowing what was done really did not fix the problem and you will be back. I am saying that because it seems obvious that is what happened last year when I brought my car for repair. Just a couple examples: on one visit, I believe in November 2017, one of the things I requested was a wheel alignment. I don't think it was done properly because after a short while, my car continued to veer toward the left or right when I let go of the steering wheel. I had a lot of work done that day and paid a lot of money but no one told me how bad a shape my car was in. My visit on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 confirmed that. During that same visit in November 2017, I also had the muffler replaced. Within three or six months I again would hear the noise that made me think I needed another muffler. The vibration of the steering when driving over 40 returned and over time got worse. I did not want to come back to Berman's Infinity because they charged so much money. I was running up my credit in car repairs. After taking my car elsewhere, over time I did come.back hoping they could finally fix the issues. This is when I returned on May 23rd. The foreman Kelly took my car to called me in the back to show me the most terrible and unsafe, as he called it, condition my car was in. He pointed out three things which would cost more than the value of the car: the portion holding up the motor was rusted out and needed to be replaced from front to back; the entire exhaust system from front to back needed to be replaced except the muffler. To that I asked why didn't they tell me that last year when they replaced the muffler. Of course no one knew the answer. And I had paid more for the muffler so it would last more than a year so I'm constantly wondering why my car keeps sounding like a motor cycle. Then the foreman showed me a portion of the car in the back he was holding in his hand which he said was the carpet in the back on the driver side. I'm sure these situations were present when I spent $3,000.00 for repairs there but no one told me. That brings me to May 23rd when I ended up purchasing a vehicle I had not planned to buy at the time. It was then I met Ken Zeller He was kind and patient in assisting me with making a selection on purchasing my car. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and also was able to get the finance guy, Joe, to get payments in my payment range which included a maintenance plan. I am grateful although since I was not prepared to make a purchase I felt apprehensive about the payments but it means I have to reevaluate my budget. Ken kept assuring me it will be okay. I am happy with my purchase although there are a few kinks that need to be taken care of. Even though I was unprepared, I know I needed a car in which I could be more confident in driving. I'm also grateful Ken did not make me feel like he was just a fast talking salesman. Thank you Kelly, the foreman who was honest with me and didn't charge me for the diagnostics or oil change, and thank you to Ken Seller for helping me to make a good purchase. One thing i wanted to say is i wish i had more time to look for my title. Since i wasn't prepared to make a trade in and purchase, i didn't have it with me. By it being a holiday weekend, I needed more time especially since it wasn't where I thought it would be, so now I must search everywhere and I don't have enough time. More

Mixed bag but mostly good. Chloe was fantastic. She has a patience and works with you to create a good deal for you even when the cards aren’t always stacked in your favor. This Chloe was fantastic. This dealer does need to make sure that they list their certified used vehicle correctly as I ended up having to spend an extra 1100$ for a warranty so that I felt protected on what was not a used car. Ultimately the biggest two detractors from the dealership were the sales managers in the back. Micah and Jordan. Micah needs to learn to close the door when he’s going to talk about a prospect who is declining an overpriced “accessory package.” Calling a prospect a “cheap xxxx” and saying he’s not taking “a xxxxing dime off the price then” is both unprofessional and very dumb. Jordan also needs to learn a tad about closing sales when a prospect doesn’t like the rate you’re pulling out on a used car for financing the response to keep me in the door is not to ask “so you think this is high interest for 2015 car?” It’s to assuage and make a prospect feel as if you’re on their side, I came back to do business with Chloe and if either of those dudes came out the office (thankfully they seemed glued to their chairs) I would’ve walked. Chloe is great, keep her, but maybe reconsider who you have managing. More
