From the moment i walked in, they were very attentive to me, even though i was up in the air about what kind of vehicle to buy. Moe went through several visits and multiples vehicles to allow me to make up me, even though i was up in the air about what kind of vehicle to buy. Moe went through several visits and multiples vehicles to allow me to make up my mind. Once that was done, Ronny and Chris were fair and honorable in reaching a good deal for both parties. Overall, a very pleasant and easy experience without being hassled or nagged. i would and will recommend them to all who are looking for an excellent vehicle. More
I basically knew what car I wanted but I thought I should explore my options. Moe let me test drive the FX and the EX, and I was torn between the two. By explaining all the options and differences opposed to price ect. I was able to make an informed choice. I cannot say enough about Moe and the team at Bermans. They treated me with respect and not like a "dumb" woman trying to buy a car on her own. Also, Moe makes a mean cappicino!!! More

Everybody at the dealership, especially Moe Skaik, went out of their way to answer all of our questions regarding the vehicle we were buying ('09 Infiniti G37x). Moe and his colleagues were very knowledge out of their way to answer all of our questions regarding the vehicle we were buying ('09 Infiniti G37x). Moe and his colleagues were very knowledgeable about the entire Infiniti lineup as well. All the features of the vehicle were explained to us in detail. Moe demonstrated many of the features to us as well while on the test drive. We were never rushed nor did we feel any pressure to buy the vehicle. We'll be sure to go visit Moe and the others at Berman's Infiniti of Chicago when we buy our next vehicle. Their professionalism and knowledge about the Infiniti lineup as well as the overall marketplace was umatched by any other dealer in the Chicagoland area. And the showroom was fantastic which made the car buying process all the more pleasant. More
Background - We needed to purchase a new car before year's end and visited six dealers between 12/26 and 12/31 with our 3 yr old. Deal - The price negotiation is the most contentious part of the car year's end and visited six dealers between 12/26 and 12/31 with our 3 yr old. Deal - The price negotiation is the most contentious part of the car-buying experience and both Moe and Ronnie always dealt with usbwith respect. They did not bash our trade-in or laugh at our offer (for the M), just reiterated what numbers they could work with. It was refreshing. Time - The test drive, the car viewing, the negotiations, the loan application everything was done in a timely manner. We called ahead to test drive an M and there was one waiting outside for us when we arrived. Once we selected a model, Ronnie gave us a list of their inventory and asked us to choose. Once again, no "A truck with the car you want is arriving tomorrow" or "let us walk down to the lot and see what we have" xx. The same when we were working on the numbers, no excuses, no multiple trips to the appraiser, the manager, the other finance guy etc, they were on the ball. This was a welcome change to where the other dealers tried to keep us in the showroom as long as possible no matter what. They did tire us out but also ensured that we took our business elsewhere. Knowledge - Moe knows about everything there is to know about the M. He could list pretty much all the differnces between the M and the FX. If your job is to sell a car, you should know it well, we did not find that this was always true at all the other places we visited. Details - The new car was detailed and ready to go, the old car was cleaned of all our personal belongings (garage opener, ipass, license plates, city sticker, car seat, toys in the trunk ...). Moe programmed in all the stuff we needed - the phones, the door opener, the seat settings the nav system locations, the music stations ... Conclusion - If you are in the market for a luxury car, give Bermans a shot, if you don't buy a car from them atleast you will have an idea of what you should be treated like when you are making a purchase. My original intention was to visit 3 or 4 car dealerships, compare prices with features, and make an educated decision. However, that was prior to test driving the FX35 and prior to meeting Moe and Ronnie. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist and then greeted by the sales representative, Moe. He gave me a very thorough overview of the FX35 (I think he has the Operator's Manual memorized), he listened to my needs in a car and pointed out features that would meet my needs, and he was very friendly/ easy-going. In fact, one of my needs in a car included the need to have my dog fit comfortably in the back. So, on our test drive, he let me drive the car to my house, park the car in the garage (to make sure it fit okay), and he let my dog jump into the back! This was definitely above-and-beyond the call of duty, and was greatly appreciated. During negotiations, I worked more closely with Ronnie, the sales manager. He was very honest, genuine, and not pushy. He also did not beat-around-the-bush. He offered me a deal that was well within my budget and too good to pass up. Before leaving the dealership, Moe spent about an hour with me going over every technical detail of the car (seriously, he has the Operator's Manual memorized). In fact, I feel as though I don't need to open up the Manual - I have a really good grasp for how the car works just based on the instructional by Moe. And, to top it off, since the purchase (two days ago), I have already received a follow-up email from Moe, thanking me for my business and making sure the car is working okay. That's pretty good customer service! So, all in all, my experience in shopping for a car at Berman's Infiniti was quite pleasant, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
