By far the best dealership in Chicago. I would not buy a car or service my car from any other dealership. The team here is professional, curteous, and friendly. I had a great experience both looking for and purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Everyone I had contact with was very professional , informed and courteous . Ive been to other dealer who just cut contact after you buy a car from them. I actually have stayed in touch with the guy who sold me my car for the last few months. He calls me to make sure that my car is buy a car from them. I actually have stayed in touch with the guy who sold me my car for the last few months. I will never go back. the service department is lacking when compared to Dealers out in the Suburb. I live in the city not far from Berman's, but will not make the mistake of going back again. 1st time the when compared to Dealers out in the Suburb. I live in the city not far from Berman's, but will not make the mistake of going back again. 1st time they repair may drive side widow motor, only for it not to work a week later. Also when they changed the motor they left grease all over my door panel and seat. This time they ran a diagnostic on my car and charged me, and informed me that after the repair (air filter) they would have to run a diagnostic again and charge me again. I explained that other dealers do not charge over and over for diagnostic when it is for the same problem. I knew better, More

The dealership seems willing to allow personal touches and extra time to make a sell. By far the best new car sale experience (4 lifetime including a Lexus). The rest of the team was great also (the few interactions I had). Price needed a 4% push but at the current date 4/12 the market is moving to favor the seller. Do take other quotes with you (I forgot mine somewhere even though I could swear I had them with me) including other luxury brands. Total sale time was 6 hours and the first training lesson was around 4. Most luxury car buyers in Chicago will go to the suburbs for purchases and major services because the dealerships in the city "have at least an attitude problem". It appears the new service center might solve some of the concerns. If Matt still works there I would recommend dealing with him and the dealership. More
