Their employees call people like myself (who never inquired about a car recently) on their personal cell phones and send unwanted text messages soliciting their sales. I requested this be stopped once in February after talking with management (Chris Zammar) and it continues now into April. I'll be taking action against this dealer to ensure this practice ends. More
$800 in repairs two weeks after purchase I purchased a vehicle on 2/18/15. Within 10 days I was having issues with the SUV. The stability traction control came on and prevented me from accelerating over 20mph while driving on the expressway. I read through the manual, it advised to restart the engine, which I did. Yesterday (3/5/15) i was driving on the expressway again and the same lights came on, this time restarting the car did not make the problem go away. I was unable to drive the vehicle more than 20mph. I had to coast it off the expressway and onto a nearby residential street. Drove it to a local dealership only to be told the cost to repair is going to run $800.00. After spending 24k on this truck two weeks ago, i should NOT be having to spend $800 on disclosed mechanical issues. More

This is the closest dealership to my residence spoke with them on Tuesday and Wednesday about issues I was having with my car. The service manager Tony said they would be available to pick my car up Friday morning. Friday comes and no pick up!! I call to speak with them and they completely change the store saying they thought I meant I would be dropping it off frustrated because I need the service done I ask when is their next earliest. He explains he can't pick it up till Monday then states if it's only the brakes I don't have to bring it an Infiniti dealership because after all I do drive an infiniti I can take it somewhere else to have the work done. First who makes a mistake and instead of rectifying the problem suggest that you take your car to Gates Chevy World to have your repairs done. I wouldn't want anybody working for my company that suggests you go to the competition for repairs. Very disappointed More

Upon my arrival I was greeted pleasantly by multiple people. The car was ready for the test drive. Steve Nassar was kind enough to accompany me during the test drive and work with me to get the pricing I needed. Steve is a proud father of two beautiful children and very personable. He went above & beyond to help me and then introduced me to Chris who finalized the numbers. Lastly, I met with Matthew Wishart, and worked out the financing of the vehicle. He was very professional & represented the company well. Everyone was kind and friendly. I would recommend this company and happy to share this review. More
Car broke down a week after I bought it We bought a 2013 certified pre-owned Infiniti JX35 for $39,000 in June and 6 days after we purchased it we noticed strange noises during acceleration. We bought a 2013 certified pre-owned Infiniti JX35 for $39,000 in June and 6 days after we purchased it we noticed strange noises during acceleration. The next day while driving to work I made a left turn at a major intersection and the car completely stalled and died. I called the Infiniti roadside service and they told me a tow truck would be there in 45 minutes which then turned into 3 hours. When I went dealership (after getting a ride with the tow truck driver) I was told by Misty that the car passed the inspection so nothing was wrong with it when they sold it to me 6 days prior (obviously a lie). The service department told me that it was likely a transmission issue when they first got the car but when repairs were complete they didn't even have the decency to call and explain what repairs were made. I explained to Misty that I do not feel safe with this vehicle since it is already having transmission issues 6 days after purchase. Basically their whole CPO program is WORTHLESS. You would think Bermans would have at least offered to give me an extended warranty to help relieve my concerns but they did absolutely nothing but say "sorry" after we spent $39,000 on their vehicle. It was advertised online that way as cars are currently but beware as we thought throughout the process of purchasing our car we would be getting a car that met the infiniti standards of being certified as a preowned vehicle. after we traveled from Kansas to Illinois to purchase from this dealer, as our local dealership did not offer certified preowned vehicles at the time, we surprised when we took our vehicle in for our first whale change and were informed by the Kansas City dealership that our car was not in fact listed as certified in their records. Not only was this an embarrassment but we did not have the free oil change or any of the additional perks that come with certification. It was even more upsetting to find out that the tires on our vehicle would not have met the infiniti level inspection and that we would have to buy new ones on our own. When we contacted the dealership and spoke with Chris, the general manager we got nowhere merely ran around in circles and still have no resolution after three months of dealing with this issue. More
Best experience by far..... Steve Nassar, Matt, and Matan were phenomenal. I went in knowing what I wanted and I already had a finance company. Matt bet my finance company's interest rate and I was able to were phenomenal. I went in knowing what I wanted and I already had a finance company. Matt bet my finance company's interest rate and I was able to buy an extended warranty to cover my entire car up to 106,000 miles. My experience at Bermans Infinit was like a breath of fresh air. Steve was great to work with; he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was not PRESSURED into buying the car, nor was I FAST TALKED by an employee that continued to throw numbers at me, without allowing me time to process the information that I was given. I had been shopping for awhile and the vehicle that purchased was the BEST for it's price with very low miles. The team at Bermans Infiniti put me at ease with making mynlarge purchase. They were professional, polite, and genuinely willing to help you without just trying to get a sale!!!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bermans Infiniti to everyone. Very knowledgeable place; I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
