Smooth transaction! Exceptional attention to detail! We came in from out-of-state at 5:00 on a weeknight and were heading home in our Certified pre-owned Infiniti 3 hours later. Love the car and Ken Zel We came in from out-of-state at 5:00 on a weeknight and were heading home in our Certified pre-owned Infiniti 3 hours later. Love the car and Ken Zeller was a delight to work with. He knew the car inside and out. There was a small hiccup with the tire wear and as soon as he noticed it he handled it quickly, professionally and to our satisfaction without us even having to ask. I will buy a car from Ken again and again. Just hope he keeps selling Infiniti because I don't think I will ever enjoy another car like I do this one. More

All three of them were personable, professional and knowledgeable of the products. Historically at other dealerships, the process of purchasing a car has been time consuming and not always a walk in the park. However, my interaction with this trio was not like my history, sure it consumed time but with these guys at the helm, it just did not feel laborious. They delighted us. We left Berman's Infiniti driving a shiny, new car and literally with smile's on our faces. They made us feel like, "people", there was nothing disingenuous about them and we loved that. It's small things like this that will keep us coming back. Why look elsewhere when your day one experience was service that exceeded all expectations ? Great Job guys. Keep up the good work!! More

Not only did I get a competitive deal, but he even went beyond the call of duty to handle my deal on his "off" day to ensure I was all set. He even had the car delivered to me with a very busy schedule, just to give me peace of mind. These guys wanted to win my loyalty...they did that and more! More
Integrity does not come to mind when this dealership comes to mind. I purchased my G37x Sedan last year July 2014. The vehicle was leased and "supposedly" did n does not come to mind when this dealership comes to mind. I purchased my G37x Sedan last year July 2014. The vehicle was leased and "supposedly" did not have any accidents. well that following Fall I noticed my driver side door wouldn't shut automatically when I closed the door. I had to literally out my body weight against the door in order for it to close. I took my car to be serviced at Berman's Infinit of Chicago. I figured since I purchased my vehicle there I would be taken care of. Well I was wrong! I went on two different occasions. First they informed me that the door didn't have any errors and there wasn't a problem and the second visit I was told in the winter the doors freeze up and this had been a common issue. They were wrong! I took my car to Orland Infiniti and finally got an answer. The serviceman informed me my door was not adjusted and was not leveled accurately. Thus, I would need to take my car to a body shop and pay out of pocket. That isn't a good feeling when your car isn't even s year old and you're paying a monthly car note. Integrity is doing the morally right thing under all circumstances. This issue should have been addressed when I purchased the vehicle. There are stereotypes of certain occupations such as salesman, car dealers associates, lawyers etc.. Being crooked and deceitful. This situation fits that description. More

When I went in I was greeted by Matan and turned me over to Keith went on a test drive and fell in love with the car. Came back to the dealership and worked on the numbers told them were I need to be with my trade in they were very fair working on the price. No back and forth with price it was a very easy process and pleasure More
