Adam is da man for Q Fitty! I did not start off the day thinking that I would need a new infinity. However, after my m35x was towed by Chicago-contracted tow truck drivers, it co I did not start off the day thinking that I would need a new infinity. However, after my m35x was towed by Chicago-contracted tow truck drivers, it could no longer drive. In service center, they had one of the the dealers (Fick) doing the mandatory "Sales in Service Area" duty. Without ever considering Q50s new style, I was mesmerized. I figured a good formula to approach the dealer with: Price of new ride on pricing service site - trade in or street sale value per Edmunds + some commission to dealer (1500-1800.) I laid out my "no-nonsense" pricing approach to Adam, and he said they will consider it. When he showed me the numbers they turned out to be such that I WOULD HAVE TO ADD another 3500 to make it into the deal I was looking for. Adam got me knew wheels at the great price, and paid reasonable $$ for my trade in. The whole transaction took 1.5 hours - from me dropping my old car, to driving away in a newly detailed Q50 that was financed and is otherwise 100% ready to go. My wife and I just purchased a new 2016 QX50 from Berman's Infiniti in Chicago. We drove from St. Louis to get an absolutely GREAT deal from Andy Fick and Rick Tandy. Andy saw I was shopping on the internet and called saying he wanted my business. The price he offered made the drive to downtown Chicago well worth the trip. We worked out the deal over the phone and internet; that was the deal waiting for us at the dealership. We also applied for financing online; that was the deal waiting for us with Rick in Financing. There was no push to add the extras (warranty, paint sealant, etc.)...it was the deal Andy and Rick offered over the phone. The vehicle was ready for us as promised.
