Provided with only intelligent key to the vehicle I very much appreciated the service Dodie Manalota provided. I had very specific criteria concerning the type of used vehicle I wanted to purchase, on I very much appreciated the service Dodie Manalota provided. I had very specific criteria concerning the type of used vehicle I wanted to purchase, one of which was a wheat interior. Black interior appears to be the standard for Infinits and it was very difficult to find one with wheat that also met my other specifications. Of the many dealerships I visited, he was the only one who frequently contacted me to see if I had found a car yet. Once he received a vehicle that met my specs, he contacted me to let m know Rick Tandy was also great to work. He didn't let minor problems deter him when we ran into a snag with my credit union. So why only 3 stars? After deciding to purchase the car and going through the process, we were provided with only one key to the vehicle. Although the one key was not a deal breaker, it did taint the joy of finally finding the vehicle that met my specs, as well as lowered what could have been a higher rating. We were told that the previous owner only turned in one key. I should also mention that the first time we visited Bermans, they could not locate the key for us to test drive the vehicle. It makes me wonder did the previous owner only provide one key or is there an inefficient key tracking system at the dealership? Because this is an Infiniti dealership, my expectation would be that a another key would have been programmed for the vehicle before its sale. My husband and I have purchased used vehicles in the past and have always been provided with two keys. Bermans did not offer to replace the key at no cost. It leaves me in a vulnerable position not having a back up key. It's not as if I can go to one of those key machines in the grocery store and get a key made for $5. More
