I contacted Bermans and my service from initial contact was outstanding. Micah gave me a great price and most of the dealings were conveniently via email. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, Julian took care of my while we waited for Dodie. Test drive, paperwork and related activities took about 30 minutes. I have purchased many cars - my experience at Bermans was one of the best. More

They went the extra mile to make sure my new car was ready for the long journey. Bentley sent plenty of photos to document the condition of the vehicle, fully disclosing the the minor flaws that come with a 12 year old car. Additionally, Bentley picked me up at the airport, provided a brief tour of the city(low gray clouds obstructed most of the view) and guided me through the purchase at a professional, but leisurely pace. Top notch. Would definitely do business again. Thanks!! More
