When it comes to Infiniti, this dealership is great. They always have a ton of cars to choose from, their prices are fair, and Ken is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to deal with. I need to mention that we are out of state so there was some travel involved. Based on my first experience I was confident we could find a car and make the deal in one trip. So we drove down in my wife's mini-van which we planned on trading in. We brought our kids along - thankfully Ken was great with them and made the experience fun for them too. We were able to pick out a car, test drive it, make the deal, and drive a QX60 home! That is after we celebrated our new car purchase at Fogo de Chao just across the street! The cool thing about Berman's is they are downtown Chicago and close to everything. I would not hesitate to go down there again for future car purchases - from Ken Zeller. More

We were very straightforward about being in the middle of a refinancing for our house, so a car purchase would have to wait. The dealership of course made some initial attempts to gauge our interest in entertaining an offer, but in the end they understood our situation. We left with answers to any initial questions and contact information. When we were ready to make a purchase, we shopped around other places, but ultimately came back to full circle to Dodie. Luis, Dodie's colleague was also very genuine and helpful and went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect car for us. They both made the car buying experience a pleasant on and even though we ran into some hiccups on delivery, they more than made up for it and continued to follow up to make sure we were completely happy with the car and our experience. Would definitely reco. friends in search of an Infiniti this dealership. More

Horrible Service! Horrible Service!! Horrible Service!!! Dodie (salesman) & Luis (manager) tricked me into buying 2013 Infiniti JX35 without a DVD with the promise of installing a factory DVD. After 4-5 week Dodie (salesman) & Luis (manager) tricked me into buying 2013 Infiniti JX35 without a DVD with the promise of installing a factory DVD. After 4-5 weeks of calling and several run around they finally informed me that all I will get is an after-market DVD. I was upset but given refund option for the cost of the factory DVD. I told Dodie, Luis and Kodi (female manager) that I was relocating and gave them my new address. After 2 weeks of calling Luis multiple times I finally get a FEDEX tracking number to track my refund check. The check was sent to the wrong address which was my old address. As of now, I don't have DVD in my car for my kids and I don't have my refund check. WARNING!!! Very Worst Car Buying Experience WARNING!!! Worst car buying experience at Berman's Infiniti. I spoke with the salesmen and used car sales manager LUIS GUZMAN before flying in, and wh WARNING!!! Worst car buying experience at Berman's Infiniti. I spoke with the salesmen and used car sales manager LUIS GUZMAN before flying in, and when I showed up the car was entirely different than the pictures online. BEWARE, they take low resolution photos to hide the flaws on purpose, and when asked to explain any flaws they may know about due to the low res pictures, they LIE. Having traveled half way across the country, I was so thoroughly frustrated with the experience I left the dealership. Subsequently we communicated again after I had left, we negotiated for a few HOURS via text and came to a conclusive price (via text in writing) and when I arrived they did the BAIT and SWITCH, refusing to honor the conditions and pricing we had agreed to IN WRITING! I LEFT the dealership a second time, they made no apologies for lying a second time either. After being in contact with them a 3rd time the same day, and receiving a promise on pricing after their ridiculous haggling, it was too late for me to get the money from the bank. As I tried to put a deposit down to hold the car until the next morning, in order to withdraw the funds when the bank opened, they refused. So after spending over $600 just to come to their dealership from across the country, they lied 3 TIMES in a row, refused to take a deposit to hold the car for a day due to their dishonesty, and then sold the car from under me that evening. Three days of lost time and over $600 down the drain, Berman's doesn't deserve YOUR business or MINE, find another dealership that has a sense of ethics, morals, and honor. More

I had found a used car that this dealership was selling and it followed mostly everything I was looking for. It was a 2010 Honda Insight with only 38000 miles on it! I scheduled a test drive that day and met with Ken Zeller. I told him my situation, being fresh out of college and new to buying cars and I felt he was extremely helpful and patient. Two days later I had a car entirely under my name! He was very upfront about the car and I never felt I was being played. I will definitely come back to this dealership when I can afford Infinitys! If you need to be hand held while buying a car like I did or looking for high quality used cars then I would recommend this dealership! More
