Ken is excellent! We just leased our second car with Ken and Berman's. Ken is such a helpful and knowledgeable person. Ken helped me with my options to review, answered all of my questions, asked me questions I didn't know to ask, and in the end, made sure the car I got was the best solution for me. Great place, fantastic service I recently purchased a used infiniti g37. I worked mainly with Tamir and partly with Jordan. Two friends highly recommended I go to this dealership I recently purchased a used infiniti g37. I worked mainly with Tamir and partly with Jordan. Two friends highly recommended I go to this dealership and they both referred Jordan. I was in connection with Tamir first, but Jordan was still kind enough to help out. Honestly, great experience overall. Tamir is newer to the dealership but a great addition. When test driving the car, he let me floor it (safely, of course) and really let me see the kind of power in the car. It was awesome! Jordan is very experienced and is an awesome guy too with a magnetic personality. Rick the finance guy was also pretty great - I'm sure I tested his patience with all my questions and anxiety. It probably didn't help that I was starving by the time I met with him, so he gave me a protein bar which helped significantly! Ultimately, this is a great group and I will absolutely return in a couple years when I need to upgrade my ride. For now, I get to be a badass is my g37 :-) More
