Tamir assisted me in my process and was extremely helpful and knowledgable, as well as patient with me while we talked numbers (I had a lot of questions). Both Tamir and Luis, his manager, were willing to work with me on my trade in and my financing and got me to the number I was hoping to be around! They were really the only dealership willing to give me an amazing deal. Additionally, Luis stepped up and assisted me with a problem I had about a week after I purchased the car. He was very fair, and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as was the car. All of the girls at the front desk were friendly, professional and consistently asked me if I needed anything. Finally, I also have to give a nod to Rick, their finance manager. I just spoke with him this morning about a question regarding my finance and he's already on top of things. He is so kind, friendly and made everything SO EASY. I actually really enjoyed talking with him too, which always helps. It's nice to have a genuine smile with you throughout this process as it can be a bit mind numbing--Rick definitely is a great guy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership. They genuinely do value their customers and getting your business and they know that obtaining and keeping your business means being professional, honest and smart--they do all of these things and then some!
