Great experience with a great dealership! I recently purchased a 2013 JX35 from Julian Outly at Berman Infiniti of Chicago. I have owned multiple Infiniti vehicles over a 20 year period, and t I recently purchased a 2013 JX35 from Julian Outly at Berman Infiniti of Chicago. I have owned multiple Infiniti vehicles over a 20 year period, and this was one of my best purchase experiences to date. I found a vehicle on Berman's website, and called at 5pm to ask some questions about Infiniti CPO extended warranty options. Unfortunately, the two vehicles in which I was interested sold before my questions could be answered the next morning. I received a call initially from Mercedes and later from Julian, and both helped me to find a vehicle with all specs and options requested, and also helped me to get the best available warranty from Infiniti on the vehicle. I am now driving the vehicle back to my home state of Mississippi, and working with Julian at Berman was well worth the drive. I also had a great experience with Greg in the finance department, who patiently answered many questions. I highly recommend this dealership and their exceptional staff, including Julian, Mercedes and Greg. Thank you all! More
