He went out of his way to look up some technical data for me, even though I wasn't really asking for that. He handed us over to our sales guy Ken Zeller once we were in the showroom. Ken was very forthright and honest, and he really knew the details of the car we were considering. No question stumped him. He gave us the plain-truth answers to any questions we had about pricing of trade-in value adjustments--the truthfulness of which became more evident the more we probed and prodded. Bottom line, his straight answers allowed me to process the facts quickly and arrive at a well-reasoned decision to buy. The highlight was Greg the finance guy. We weren't financing, but he did all our paperwork and entertained us all the while with great humor, which made that part of the experience a lot of fun. Oh, he's workin' ya a little on this and that warranty, but you'll enjoy it and it's not a pressure thing. I give these three guys five stars, but I thought the dealership was a little below average compared with other Infiniti showrooms so I can't give the dealership five stars. They have to deal with the issues inherent in running a downtown operation. They don't have a lot of space. The worst aspect is that you have to go down to a sort of dungeon underneath the showroom to get a car to take you over to the remote lot where they store the inventory. And when you pick up your new car, you have to pick it up from this same dank dungeon and it's kind of dirty and depressing. They should drive it up to the street for you so that dungeon isn't the last thing you remember. The business manager was slightly cool to us too, but maybe that was just our imagination. Ken and Micah and Greg were great, though, and it was the best deal in town on the car. More
