Worst Experience at a Service Department Overall experience during the purchasing of the car was good when I bought a used Infiniti in July 2016. Sales department was very helpful. However, d Overall experience during the purchasing of the car was good when I bought a used Infiniti in July 2016. Sales department was very helpful. However, dealing with the Service Department is a completely different story. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told brakes and rotors were at least 50% good. Two weeks after buying the car, I found out the rotors were warped. After dealing with both the Service Department and sales, they finally agreed to "take care of it!" Fast forward 6 months later. Brakes and rotors were completely done. After taking it somewhere else to get a diagnosis, I was told that all the dealer did was cut the rotors and change the brake pads. The rotors were still bad. I had to pay to replace all rotors and brakes and definitely went elsewhere to get done since I didn't believe the dealer deserved to get paid for something they should have taken care of initiallly. TODAY: took car in for basic service (oil change/tires rotated). Advised them the check engine service light was on. I was told it would be a $155 charge to check the check engine light but was told if it was something that warranty covered, the warranty would cover that charge. After they checked it, i received a call and was told there was nothing wrong with the car and it was simply the gas cap sensor that wasn't properly registering a fully closed gas cap.. I was told I would not get charged the check engine light fee since there was nothing done to the car. When I got to the dealer to pick up the car, it was the opposite. I was actually charged for that fee PLUS more! I was told no way around that fee even though i was told i wouldn't be charged for it. Anyways, i feel like they robbed me. definitely last time I deal with their Service Department or buy another Infiniti for that matter. More

Extremely helpful & Hassle Free! I just made my first car lease with Ken last week. I literally called him the day before talked a few numbers and felt confident after our conversatio I just made my first car lease with Ken last week. I literally called him the day before talked a few numbers and felt confident after our conversation that I would be in good hands when I met with Ken the following day. Ken helped me make the right decision and did not rush me into it at any point. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and stuck by my side all day! The process was so simple and easier than I could have ever imagined. He really helped me on the insurance side also as this was all very new to me. I was in good hands and trust you will be too. I was extremely happy with the day spent with Ken and LOVE my new car! :) More
