Bill and his team worked with us in resolving a repeated issue with our ac system in our 2012 Qx56. He handled the issue professionally, although we were a bit upset about dealing with the same issue again. We were not having a positive experience with our Infinity and was contemplating trading it in for another non Infinity vehicle. But, thanks to Bill's calm demeanor and him taking time to talk to us in detail we decided to keep our Infinity vehicle. Bill Hans is doing a great job please continue to put your customers first. Not only did he have the knowledge, he was able to show me how the options worked and where the buttons were located. When the test drive was over I was surprised to find out that he did NOT own the same vehicle that I test drove due to the knowledge he possessed. More
