Very pleased Went in for a remote start installation on my wife's mutant, service light was also on and needed air in the tires . Got the oil change for free and a puncture repair free as well as a car wash voucher. To top it off I got a nice Altima as a courtesy car to drive home and wait for the work to be done. Took the car in at 9am and was called at 2:00pm when work was done. All round excellent friendly service. More
I was charged for work that was never done I brought my 2007 Nissan for a sticker and tire rotation. When I left after paying and was driving out of their driveway, I noticed my low tire light was still on, thinking it was an electrical malfunction, I drove home.Three weeks later my tire was almost flat. I drove to the nearest VIP and the tire was ready to blow out. I had to get four new tires. The tires were never checked or rotated, yet I paid for that service. I e-mailed Josh Blanchard twice and have gotten no response. I thought I found the perfect place to bring my car to be serviced. NOT !!! More

I have been a customer of Berlin City Nissan for a number of years and have been fortuitous to have Josh Blanchard as my Service Advisor during this time. This week I brought my vehicle in for emergency ser of years and have been fortuitous to have Josh Blanchard as my Service Advisor during this time. This week I brought my vehicle in for emergency service without an appointment. Josh listened compassionately and took my vehicle in for an evaluation without hesitation. When numerous critical problems were found, making the car unsafe to drive, he and Stacy Dalphonse kindly located a rental vehicle for me (it was almost closing time). Last evening, Mark, my Service Technician, stayed past closing time to complete the work on my vehicle so that I could drive it home. I was profoundly grateful for his thoughtful efforts. The kindness and professional, exceptional service extended to me by Josh over the years (and Stacy as well when Josh has been unavailable) is a rarity to encounter these days. Similarly, I know that Mark has worked on my vehicle repeatedly, and, because of his expertise and keen attention to detail, my vehicle has run smoothly and without problems. Josh, Stacy, and Mark are assets to Berlin City Nissan, and we all have much to learn from their fine examples. As a front line representative of Berlin city Nissan, Josh, through his thoughtful efforts, careful listening, and concern, has developed a loyal cadre of customers, including myself. When I arrive for an appointment, I am consistently welcomed like a friend moreso than a customer. I have recommended Berlin City Nissan to others and will continue to do so without hesitation. Nissan Roadside Assistance provided a $100 allowance for changing my flat tire. Spoke to Josh and mentioned that I wanted the old tire repaired or I would buy a new one rather than putting the "donut" tire changing my flat tire. Spoke to Josh and mentioned that I wanted the old tire repaired or I would buy a new one rather than putting the "donut" tire on the car. It was past 4:30pm - quitting time for the techs - and Josh asked one of the gentlemen to stay and work on my car which he was happy to do. After some time, Josh came to the waiting area to inform me that my rim was bent and the the tech had pounded the rim straight again and that the tire was back on the rim and held air again just fine. These individuals could sold me a new tire AND rim but instead fixed the existing parts so that they functioned fine! This service department is is obviously run with courtesy, honesty, and integrity and is a credit to the Berlin City group. I will never take my car anywhere else! More

I recently went to have a Service Engine Soon issue resolved. They did a great job to diagnose and do the repair of a faulty diagnostic valve in my fuel system. Four weeks later my fuel line discon resolved. They did a great job to diagnose and do the repair of a faulty diagnostic valve in my fuel system. Four weeks later my fuel line disconnected from the fuel pump causing fuel to be spilled everywhere (including under the rear seat). Fortunately I was near a VIP garage and the VIP garage reconnected the fuel line to the fuel pump. The VIP garage manager stated I should report it to Nissan as he had NEVER seen this happen with just a 3 year old car. I called Berlin City since I felt it was too much of a coincidence that they had just worked on the fuel system and then 4 weeks later this happened. Josh & Dirk agreed to give me credit towards future service work to cover the cost the VIP repairs. I recognize that Nissan did not have to do that and I appreciate their attention to customer satisfaction and will be visiting them in the future if my Sentra needs servicing. Mr. Yeaton, the Service Manager, and his staff went far out of their way to take exceptionally good care of me. On the rare occassions that I've needed service on my vehicle, the staff was courteous, prom out of their way to take exceptionally good care of me. On the rare occassions that I've needed service on my vehicle, the staff was courteous, prompt, efficient, thorough and honest. They made sure I fully understood and accepted each line item and I felt that they took care of me in the same way they would have a member of their family. The staff is professional and committed to making any service experience a positive one. My next purchase will come from this dealership, without question. More
Our experience in purchasing new Nissans from Berlin City has been excellent. The ownership really seems to care about the satisfaction of their clients with their new and used cars. When we purchased a new Honda Pilot they even had a "New Owners Meeting" to share information with those in attendance on particulars of their cars and how the dealership could be of service. Their mechanics and service managers were in attendance to answer questions. The service departments for Nissan and Honda have been excellent, also. In fact, that's the primary reason we looked first at their dealership before purchasing a new car. We knew we would be treated fairly and professionally by the service staff. Both Nissans and Hondas are very well manufactured cars, but to keep them running at their best we go to the dealership for warranty and non-warranty work. They work hard to ensure their prices match or come close to matching non-dealership parts. And they have not performed their most expensive services if a less expensive option might work. I am so thankful that they did the work and the insurance company allowed them to. They are professional, supportive, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly to boot. I can't begin to say enough nice things about this dealership. I would never take my car anywhere else and will return to them time and time again for the maintenance of my vehicle. More
