First Service. Excellent experience A simple day for placing snow tires on the car. Once we clarified that I actually wanted Snow tires and not the "Slow" tires listed on the work order A simple day for placing snow tires on the car. Once we clarified that I actually wanted Snow tires and not the "Slow" tires listed on the work order (we got a laugh out of that one) everything went very nicely. In fact by the time I got back to work the car was done and ready! Ryan was terrific and all the crew there was very nice. Excellent experience. I look forward to our first service. Time will be the judge. One minor issue was that I was told my wipers appeared to need replacing and when I pointed out that I had purchased new wipers just a few months earlier it changed to I didn't need them right away. Other than that very pleased with the work done on the vehicle. Also pleased with the vehicle in general. She is two years old this month and has performed well. More
