I had been given a walk out the door price that turned out to be about over a $1000 more when I was doing the paper work with the finance guy. The salesman David Tetreault told me that the price he was giving me included all the fees that the dealership charged. I could have bought this same car with same milage at The Noyes dealership in Colebrook for $100 less but I drove over an hour away to Berlin City Ford thinking it was worth the trip for a $1000+ savings. I will never buy a car from this dealership again ans recomend that you don't either. More

While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. He was exceptional at responding to my needs and concerns, patience with the process I forced upon him as he had to deal with me while my wife was pushing me in a different direction entirely. I can tell you I have several experiences with dealerships and "out of state" vehicle purchases and Jake is without a doubt the best I have worked with! He was quick to respond to everything I requested. Jake stayed in touch with me every step of the way, even when it was looking like he wasn't getting the sale (not because of him, but because my wife wanted to look at another vehicle entirely) and stayed on top of me without the pressure of a pushy salesperson but with the respect that he wanted the sale if at all possible. I truly appreciate his efforts, including his follow-up, even after the car purchase and delivery. My vehicle was an out-of-state purchase so the communication was extremely important. Photos of the vehicle, condition, delivery all had to be handled by the dealership and Jake himself. They made me feel like I was their only customer giving me their full attention and addressing every need I gave them.
