This is the first dealership that never bothered me at all. i called about a car spoke with Josh told him i would call him at a certain time which i missed due to work. Josh never called or bothered me at all i called him scheduled an appointment and went from there. Showed up Josh was all smiles handed me the keys and said take your time with the car make sure its something you want and i did. Got back to dealership and i was approved in minutes. I woukd go back to Berkshire Mazada for my next car only because Josh wasnt pushing and never called me 100 times like other dealers. JOSH IS THE MAN. MUCH RESPECT TO HIM AND WHAT HE DOES. More
