Jim Salvie brought out 4 different models for us to test drive, one after the other (hop in/out with the car seats warmed up and ready to go!). He gave us an excellent quote on our trade (phooey on you, VW, ya lyin' cheatin' rat b*****s), worked hard to find us the color and options we wanted in our brand, spankin' new CX-3, dealt with our crazy lienholder, and just made the whole transaction just about painless. Don't be put off by the funky neighborhood or the down-home offices. Jim and his crew are all about the sale and making customers happy, not about espresso bars and Breuer chairs. Highly recommended.
