I was again , very satisfyed with my experience at Berkenkotter motors. I bought a used truck from them last year and recently had some issues with it stallinging on me. I called on a late Thursday afternoon, they got me in right away ,kept it overnight and it was fixed the next morning. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with were very helpful and professional Most of the repair was still under warranty. I was left with a small balance which Dan added a 25% extra discount.. Chris was the mechanic who worked on my truck and ill make sure i bring it back to them again if theres ever another problem. 5 thumbs up for this business. More

I bought a 2006 dodge Cummins from Berkenkotter motors. A year later I had an issue and another shop told me I needed almost $2,000 in repairs. I contacted Berkenkotter motors and they asked me to bring the truck to them immediately. 24 hours later the truck was roadworthy without the bogus $2,000 repair another shop claimed it needed. Honest shops and honest dealers are difficult to find. Save yourself a headache and start with them! I will definitely be a return customer More
